1. This was very interesting to see, however if the TMZ images in each photo wasn't prevalent, we could see a lot more of the photos

3. Hey Bill, the alphabet test isn't used and neither is it admissable in a court of law. There are only three tests that are the standard for determining a DUI and the alphabet isn't one of them. They are shown in the picture conducting all three as well as the PAS device. I will let you determine which of the pictures are the ones they are conducting their investigation in, since you seem to be the expert here. As far as the amount of CHP officers on scene, that is pretty standard stuff, espically with a celebrity. More eyes on scene, less reason for the suspect to claim police brutality.

5. Being a law enforcement officer, IT IS appropriate to use your cell phone to document any, ANY traffic stop, whether it be photos or video, or audio. It all pays off when you go to court, as I am sure this one will. So, if you don't know what you are talking about, don't say anything at all. And don't try to use some lawyer-speak with me, I have had it hold up in court, right here in Sunny California.

If she is prego congrats but she most likely isnt...I wonder what was wrong with her. I kinda feel bad for her cuz she has had a rough past couple of years. You know having your hubby cheat on you getting divorced then having a friend of yours start sleeping with him soon after the split up, then she had the whole depression thing earlier this year. 10. I dont think there are enough cops to handle this major crime. I want to know who called California's finest and how these piece of crap paps are on the scene. All the wackos out there should start shooting these "photographers". It seems that a free press isn't free. These a**holes can say and do anything they want but if you should threaten them then the cops will arrest you. Something is really wrong in this country. Kill the paps.

11. Sorry if the police didn't see her driving erratically, how do they know she was? I wonder if it was the photographer who called them and they are taking the papparazzi's word because he/she wants to make a name for him/herself - and get a story. I think papparazzi's should be outlawed - and I pray they don't find drugs in her system or not enough to impair her and she sues them for false arrest.

12. I live in the area and I know the road she was on that she was weaving. It is neither curvy or fast paced. She looks like a mess and the CHP in our area are rated at some of the best. I know, my father just retired! So don't go saying that the Chippies had done anything bad here. They are nothing but ethical and please, if any one of you had been a chip and pulled heather locklear over you would have shot a pic with your cell too. Plus, it really doesn't matter as the picture is already every where and NOT from the officer. So give it a damn rest!!!

13. i saw a picture of a cop takeing either a picture or recording heather. thats not a cops job to pull someone over and then video tape just because they are a celebrity. you are to read them their rights not pull out your camera and say wow ill make big money on these videos and pictures.

15. Isn't is wonderful that the photographer was there to photograph her coming out of the store carring a sack. Frankly, you could put the spin on it that the photog called the police just to get the photos he/she took to post online. As for driving erratically thru a parking lot, show me one person who hasn't crossed over the lines in an empty lot while driving to the street exit. I think this papparazzi was just trying to make his/her name.
