It appears she is going through a rough time right now in her life...she is just like the rest of us, except she is famous...they to have problems in life. She is a good actress and has had a few ups and downs in her relationships with men just like we all have...why don't you all stop making such nasty comments about her and take a look in the mirror at yourself and see what problems you need to fix...nobody is perfect....I am sure those of you who have made the negative comments are lacking in self esteem....

• 107. I had a state trooper hang up on me just last week when I tried to report a real crime and he didn't feel like investigating it. Cops are scum. As for Heather, they should have pulled her pants down and spanked her for smoking instead of playing that DUI game. Most folks couldn't pass those silly tests stone sober. Try doing the alphabet backwards as fast as you can.

• 109. Hey retards, quit banging on the cops. They're doing their job. Just because you're probably a scumbag or some whiner who got a ticket they didn't feel they deserved, DEAL WITH IT !! You're talking trash about the police but you'll be the first hypocrite to call them when that seemingly "normal" neighbor of yours decides to snap and kills his family then barricade himself in his house. You'll demand the police do something then, and of course, they won't get there fast enough for your liking. ANY time you feel like helping the police in their struggle with good vs. evil, feel free to suit up, otherwise, shut your hole.

• 111. Free legal advice...never take a breathalizer test unless you are sure you can pass...it is not illegal to drink and drive, it is illegal to be impaired while driving. She didn't look like she was impaired.

• 113. I don't drink at all, but not every "impaired" driver kills someone. When the limit was .15 in my state, more people were killed hot rodding than drunk driving. .08 is too low and people who don't even feel the alcohol are going to jail for harmless offenses. If a drunk kills someone, put him away for ten years, but driving a couple of blocks after one too many is not a serious crime in my mind.

• 115. Those cops got a really dangerous person off the streets. It looks like she is pushing her car in one picture. So while they had how many cops there I wonder how many real crimes were committed. She doesn't look drunk, one picture I thought she looked high but in all the others she looked straight to me..I think the woman is too old to have a baby bump, that's just middle age setting in.
