• 123. Total proof we now live in a "police state". Thank you dumbed down americans, for allowing our government to make sure we are all "safe". Meanwhile, if someone steals your car from your driveway, you can't even get a cop to come out. They laugh at you on the phone. We have infested the country with police and you can't even get one. You can't get one when you need one because they are too busy arresting people like Heather Locklear and our grandmothers for running a stop sign. They probably all went to bar and got drunk afterwards and spent the nighting yucking it up, because they arrested a movie star.

• 125. I think it's a baby bump too. If she was staying with Jack Wagner and found out he was cheating on her or that they broke up, this could be the reason for too much medication and that look of complete despair. She has an uncanny ability to date and marry the biggest losers (Tommy Lee, Scott Baio, Tom Cruise, David Spade, Richie Sambora...) and now she is finally realizing it. Screw Hollywood Heather, get out and get a real person to be with. Get your head on straight first.

• 126. Yo, mentally challenged posters. The news said alcohol was NOT involved, so get off all the daytime drunk cracks. Cops are scum and what they have done is intolerable. There should be an investigation and arrest of all the cops involved and the so-called "resident caller."

Wow, depends what the law is in California, but here in NY you can be sitting in your car with the car turned off but if the keys are in the ignition it shows "intent" and therefore you can be locked up. It does not matter if the cops saw her driving or just sitting in the car. She obviously knew she should not be driving if she pulled over, but sitting in the drivers seat alone shows intent to drive, so she will most likely plea it down. Still sucks, bc she had to go through the entire arrest process and it is nice to see that a celebrity was treated like u or I would have been if we were in the same situation.

• 128. How you get arrested on DUI in middle of the day? Poor Gal, I feel for her, stress can kill you. It's easy to reach for that drink,you think you feel better,but Boy,it works against you big time , no matter what! We all should learn how to cope with stress without a booze.It's not easy,been there,done it,but it's possible.She is lucky she didn't hurt herself or someone else. She get over this situation,thinks could be lot worst. No worries Heather,you'll be fine.Soon someone else get in trouble,TMZ takes PIC's again and public forgot all about it.

• 132. No power trip involved at all, just some of the state's finest doing the job we pay them to do. By the way, in Calif cops don't have to see you driving to arrest you for DUI. Witnesses to the offense will do just fine, or finding you behind the wheel with the engine running will work as well. You can forget that crap about cops not getting busted for DUI as well. Cops in our area get stopped for DUI they pay the fine, the time and the supension without pay from work penalty too. Does your employer hammer you like that?
