• 46. Parrots CAN certainly do all that damage in 2.5 years - they have incredibly strong beaks and are very destructive - they obviously did all the interior and exterior damage. The tile could have easily come up in that time too, if there was a leak she did not take care of or she was negligent in other ways. Dont fool yourself into thinking it was such a shithole when she moved in. I'm sure for $1000/month in that area it was no mansion but it would not have been falling apart, either. (if it was, then she was STUPID to rent it) She is a VERY poor pet owner - leaving the cats was just horrid, but also allowing her parrots to chew all that wood was NEGLIGENT as I am sure it was not painted or stained with non-toxic products. What a loser this slut is. She abuses her property and pets as she abuses her own body as well as others.

• 47. She should be fined by the local animal control/humane association and/or police in the area for animal neglect/abuse. What respectable human being abandons an animal?! What a low-life.

• 49. I'm sorry but you could not do that much damage in a 2 1/2 years. I don't really like this girl, my feeling for her are of a loathing nature but cut her some slack. There is no way she did all this and who knows if that's her cat, it could be a stray for all we know or even the next door neighbors or maybe the landlord put it out there to cause trouble for this girl. Who knows but I do know one thing is for sure, after looking at all the photos, I don't think she's responsible. Could it be that the landlord could have done this in an attempt to get her to pay for renovations? It looks like an abandoned house. Maybe the landlord has two properties that are somewhat alike and he's just broke and needs the money so he'll sue her for crap that I don't feel she's responsible for.

• 53. WOW 2 1/2 years living there? Parrots are know to eat at wood like that if you dont properly care for them!!! What a dumb a$$ i hope she gets sued and charged for abandonment!

• 54. I'm guessing from the photos that this place was trashed before she moved in. Look at that bathroom, that's major wear and tear. She couldn't have done that in a year, let alone a few months. This is Nye County Nev. after all, so the likelihood of it being a mansion before hand are pretty slim.

• 56. Okay... I am LIVID that she left behind the cat. That is inhumane and cruel! Yes, IF that is her cat, she should be charged. People that leave living, breathing creatures helpless disgust me (but Heidi is apparently used to disgusting people). Secondly, if anyone believes she did that much damage to the house in a relatively short time, needs to re-evaluate. That house looks like it had ongoing wear and tear and basically, don't give a sh*t tenants for quite some time. No wonder the rent was so cheap. That type of damage takes longer than the time period she was in their. Looks like the landlord/owner is trying to make a quick buck...I mean, come on, it looks like the tile in the bath was ripped out a long time ago and the internal and external paint on the house looks awful and very old. Give me a break. Heidi and landlord need to hook up since they BOTH have little regard for doing what is right.

• 58. SOmebody call the ASPCA and PETA for her abandoning the cat. Seriously, it is a crime for abandoning an animal. Remember Mike Tyson abandoned his ferrets without food and they died?! And OJ's stupid girlfriend abandoned her cat and it died and she was charged with animal abandonment.
