I don't know if this is right but I don't think that is his daughter? I though his daughter was the short one? Has his face. The one he is rubbing has sunglasses on and a different bikinee on. Or is it both of his daughters? The hair is different also.
Why couldn't her boyfriend - or whoever the guy with the hat that she was all over in the pool - put the lotion on for her? That would have been a little less weird than her dad doing it.

I too have doughters 25 and 27, i could not even imagine, to rub Lotion on them ,in the same maner as Hoogan SR. did in those Pictures,it is just not a right thing to do,I think this type of behavier could jepordise the trust between a doughter and Father. That is just the way I feel about it.
