I don't know if this is right but I don't think that is his daughter? I though his daughter was the short one? Has his face. The one he is rubbing has sunglasses on and a different bikinee on. Or is it both of his daughters? The hair is different also.
Why couldn't her boyfriend - or whoever the guy with the hat that she was all over in the pool - put the lotion on for her? That would have been a little less weird than her dad doing it.
everybody's getting on hogan for putting the lotion on,she sure didn't seem to think it was wrong. if he crossed the line,i think she would of been creeped out more than anybody...
