Its clear its her and not her friend. Look at the sunglasses and the bathing suit top. As for the fact hes her dad....that makes it worse. I am very close to my dad and he would never even attempt to rub suntan lotion on my rearend. I agree with the fact he is dating someone who looks like Brooke...not to mention it was her best friend apparently. I have been a fan of his for years but for him to be dumbfounded when Linda filed for divorce, knowing he was cheating, or the fact of him doing things like this...makes me really wonder about him at times.
