• 38. That first pic that says 'clown' is one SCARY guy! Make it go AWAY!!!!!!! Then of course we have to look at it ALL the time in the so called hot pic section! MAKE IT GO AWAY!!!! I'm terrified of clowns and that guy SCARES ME! I won't be reading TMZ anymore soon if that UGLY HORRIBLE pic stays! BTW -- I agree with a couple others.. it isn't Demi who needs plastic surgery, though she has had plenty..it's that Rumer!
