• 16. who cares if he was a stripper or bartender whatever. or if he is gay. its all about the $$$ and he prob. makes way more $$ then most of u dont hate on the guy. these people r just jelous they wish they had $ or a body and u know if they had a good body and could do that they would be doing the same thing. they might say they wouldnt but let them do it one night and make big bucks then they will stay in the business for as long as they can.

• 17. Hey David, I wish there's a better way to send this message your way. First of all, you should be confident and thankful about your God-given voice. There sure is a reason why you have it, so keep up the good work and do your best to make it to the top. Look, it doesn't matter if you're a US President or someone who wash the dishes in a restaurant, we all make a choice and deserve a second chance in life. • 23. There is always news, and skeletons coming out, or staying in their closet, whether it be from American Idol, or from the Senate. We all have things in our closet, albeit skeletons, or hidden secrets. Let the man have his chance and just be as an equal singing compeptitor. And that is what "American Idol" is all about. We should pass judgement on their pasts(All American Idols), but what they could do in the future, and make us proud for voting for them. Thanks, M. Fortier

• 25. Who cares if he is gay, he has a great voice. And like others have said, he may not be gay. But, if he is, THAT'S not what matters, what matters is his voice. I think it's funny that he's considered the worst for the vote for the worst, cuz in my opinion he's one of the best. He's got mad skills. Idol admitted that there have been strippers on the show in the past, why does this case matter so much more? I'm sure you'd be VERY surprised if you pried into every contestants personal life. Hell, we'd be surprised if we pried into A LOT of people's personal lives. That's why we don't.

• 26. Working in a gay bar does NOT mean you are gay. I worked weekends in a gay bar and had a few co-workers who were straight. My bar also had stripper one night a week and most of the strippers were straight. It's all about the money folks. Our straight bartenders also went shirtless too they simply wanted the better tips you get working in a gay bar vs. a straight bar. Strippers are just that... strippers. It's about making the tips and not about who you strip for. Most people you strip for aren't the type of people you would want to see or be touched by anyways.
