12. The place David worked at in Glendale hires MANY straight ASU students; actually MOST of the dancers and bartenders are straight. Their girlfriends often sit at a couple of tables and watch their men. Bachelorette nights are big but the guys, gay and straight, will say that the men tip the best and they have the most fun with them. You can become gay because someone looks at you when you don't have a shirt on or sees you nude. IF that were the case, every jock that goes to a gym would become gay! Does David have talent and would America accept him as their American Idol? I believe yes they will but it is up to the voters. And, as far as crossover and mass appeal: David has it!
