• 31. Why does everyone automatically think that divorce will distroy the kids? These kids are very well cared for. As a child, I wished my parents would divorce, they were so unhappy together that we the children suffered because of that unhappiness. Once they divorced our lives became normal. Not all parents should stay together just because of the kids, sometimes it does more damage being raised by parents that cannot stand each other.

• 33. I wish that Jon and Kate could look down the road 20 years from now. If I could play Christmas future I could show them that the only memory their kids will have of their parents being together will be what they have on film. I would also show them that divorce is selfish and really just hurts the kids. I also would show them that the regrets are many and the "wish I would have" will always haunt them. I know...because this was and is my life. My ex husband is now dead..died at 50 and there is no going back and making things right. We didn't try counseling which we should have and we only thought about ourselves. There may be no going back, but perhaps there still is hope for Jon and Kate.

• 34. Anyone who would continue this show and air future dirty laundry along with the past is a masochist. The eight children deserve to grieve their parents' divorce in private. They do not need further fodder on the tv and in the tabs to add fuel to the teasing and torment that they will undergo. When the kids GOOGLE their names or their parents' names, they will learn more than any little child should know about their parents. STOP THIS PROGRAM AND ALL ITS RERUNS. Zondervan Publishing is stating that they may never publish her third ghost-written book. Why should they have their good reputation sullied by publishing a book of recipes that Kate took off the backs of cereal boxes, food containers, soup cans or that she lifted from womens' magazines. Kate and her ghostwriter should retire.

• 37. I would like to know what Sarah Palin has to do with Jon and Kate???? I have been a big fan but, I believe Jon got tired of being yelled at..One show I remember Kate barking orders at Jon to do this and that, one of the twin daughters called her mother "The Queen Bee" she sits on the lawn chair and dose nothing but yell at Jon,,,that show really brother me...I like the earlier shows when Jon went off to work and Kate worked weekends at the hospital, that was the reason I watch...it was real.

• 38. You all amaze me. How ignorant is the world?? Kate does the outside work of the house. She's gone all the time right? With the body gaurd 'lover'? So how does she rule everything and who is standing on Jon's feet when he's alone with the kids. AND what is the REALLY NICE car and bike he rides?? Looks like the DIVA isn't the only one spending the 'KIDS' future. Leave these two alone. All you that are yacking it up about them are in the most perfect life aren't you?! If so you need to get with TLC and show the world how to make life so f'n perfect?!! Good grief!! I watch it cause I like seeing how their life is. You don't like it don't watch. Quit wasting your time on the computer. All I got to say is the show takes me out of my boring ass life and into thier crazy one. I say GO FOR IT JON & KATE!! Love both of you and the kids!!!

• 39. I am so sick of men in general, that always want their cake and eat it too!!! He was all into getting married and having a family a while back. Then when it gets to be too rough or they think the grass is greener on the other side...they want out to "fine themselves". Thats a bunch of BS!!!!!!

• 40. Have they even considered couseling? I mean this is for the KIDS righ? JON? KATE? they have not even attempted to go get help.... This is such a sad story!!!! Like Kate I wuz hoping they would beat the Odds....It will be sad to see them go their own ways.... Kate U might want to consider saying ur sorry for the way u treated Jon. And Jon now that u are standing " On Your Own Two Feet" Step up to the challange and Talk it over and seek Help!!!! GOD BLESS YOU AND YOUR KIDS..... LOVE THEM. You two are a different story!!!

• 41. Borrowing one of Kate Gross-lins famous lines....HELLLLLLLLLLLOOOOOOOO! July 2009 talk for Aug 2009 Show. There is serious inside talks among Dicovery and TLC on allowing Deanna homewrecker on this TLC show. This has to be the lowest form of pond scum I have ever seen. Kate has her faults, but she built the show and the fame around it. To have a nobody, a bad girl, who only wants Jon's $$$ (MONEY SHE IS STEALING FROM HIS KIDS, IT REALLY DOES BELONG TO THE KIDS!!!!)to step into fame and fortune for a rating is nuts! On the crooked houses scene, did anyone besides me catch the little kids saying "I am waiting for my girfriend to come over?" And, "I have not had anything to eat, can I come over and eat with you?" WTF! WHAT ARE THESE CHILDREN HEARING FROM THEIR PARENTS OR THE CREW?? TLC is suppose to be a decent, learning network. Jon and Kate have turned TLC into a "Rated R" viewer descresion advised!Where is DEFACS or the State or ANYONE trying to protect these innocent kids?
