Look, I'm 19, I have a baby, it doesn't matter who you are, or how old you are, having a baby changes you && makes you WAY more mature, I mean come on, this girl is ALOT more mature than her sister is so, why is everyone beating her down??! I think she is going to make a GREAT mom && she is still working so there4 that baby is going to be fine! So I think you all just need to take a step back && take another look at everything. Don't judge her, because her sister is freakin crazy && a horrible mother. EVERYONE makes mistakes, NO ONE is perfect...trust me!

• 82. Maybe the teen pregnancy rate would drop if teenagers had other options beside abstinence. I'm 15, and I am constantly told that "it's wrong to have premarital sex, especially so young." Yeah well, teens are going to rebel and do what they want, so instead of making us feel trapped with zero options, give us others! Maybe the government should have thought of that before they spent big bucks on a new only abstinence campaign...

I was 17 when I got pregnant and my child is VERY happy and healthy! He is very smart and knows his manners. I dont think he is suffering at all! It isn't the age of the person when they bear a child...it is their mentality and maturity. Look around people! Jamie could be your daughter, neice, granddaughter, son's girlfriend...would you be saying these same things? Or how about the pregnancy rate here in the U.S alone? If she were any other girl, none of you people would care. But, since she's famous...you've got to throw in your remarks and opinions....well let me tell you that this is the real world... It's 2008 and chances are, you're kids are doing alot worse than getting pregnant at 16! We dont know the circumstances and we obviously aren't in her shoes so LAY OFF!

• 84. whoever brought up religion into this by comparing Jamie Lynn to Mary was retarded for doing so. that is not a proper justification. Back then, women were married off as early as 12 or 13, and so it was expected that they would have children by 16. Now, girls are still in school at this age and shouldn't be going around having babies. At least wait until your no longer a minor, if you don't want to wait until marriage. That just makes her worse than Britney. I can't wait to see how she turns out when she grows up (sarcasm).

• 85. I feel really bad for the spears family. God bless Casey. He has been brought into their screwed up family. Jamie Lynn has made a mistake, and everybody is talking aboout it. But, if a girl at a normal high school got pregnant, it would probally not be such a big deal. I think everyone should just leave her alone because its really none of your bussiness to know everything that goes on in her life.

• 88. I feel the same way. I had my first child when I was 19. I was out of school but still a child myself. This girl is way to young and has no idea how to raise a child I mean come on look at her much older sister who just lost both of her children. That family has alot of work to do when it comes to being normal.

• 90. I think people should just wait. They're to young to have babies, they're out there having kids when they're still a kid! They need to be a kid and be able to live their life, fact is, they don't know how to use protection. I think she made a big mistake! And it's not the childs fault for coming into this world. The child is the one who will have to suffer from all of this drama. I think she's following in the footsteps of her big sister and that's not looking good at all!! That's my opinion!
