15. Seriously, the reason I say that is because I take note of nearly all home remodels I see in my travels (by bicycle) in central Orange County. I know of at least a half dozen which are of comparable luxury in Anaheim/Garden Grove area not worth more than a million. Is Newpot coast worth 2.7
