1. This is not Joaquin's home!! there's an animal skin rug on the floor in the bedroom and Joaquin is vegan...so I don't think he would like to have the skin of a dead poor animal in his bedroom......

4. that house has been on the market for a long time. i saw it on hilton and hylands website several months ago.
