  i don't know who to pity more. the pathetic people who have an occupation where they take photos of a celeb getting a fix it ticket. or me for continuing to visit this site thinking i may stumble across some actual celeb news. tmz, nobody cares! do some actual journalism.

  who the hell doesn't know that you need license plates to drive a car!!! wtf?! did he just turn 16? get a temp tag if u just bought it idiot because no dealership would let him roll off the lot like that...man...that was stupid and he deserves the ticket.
