  • 2. Congrats to Justin & Jessica, I know you will love living in Tribeca. The neighborhood is fantastic. I know this because I am selling a new building on Leonard street and I was dissapointed you never previewed the Sales Gallery :( Best of luck!

  • 3. Money doesn't equate to good taste.

  • 4. your gallery is broken. nice site d*chebags.

  • 5. Way to have the same picture twice. What's wrong? You goons can't get 5 pictures up right?

  • 6. and its worth 5million for what reason? its nice but not worth 5 million

  • 7. Beautiful place. I'd move into a place like that in a heartbeat if I could afford it. those windows and the bricks are gorgeous and the open layout is fantastic. Now if I only had the 5 mil to burn.....lol. Hope they enjoy their new place. =)

  • 8. Personally, I think it's ugly. There are bricks in the bedroom, and there are no curtains. It's boring. I would never pay $5mill for that, not that I have it. He had a nice house already, maybe this is just their 'staying in NY for a few days' place, which would make it more acceptable.

  • 9. I couldn't help but notice that there are no curtains on the bedroom windows or for that matter that those windows can open inward and have no type of safty system if someone would happen to trip and fall out one of them. Didn't Eric Clapton's kid fall out of a window in New York?

  • 10. It loooks like a really nice place. I love the big windows around it; the view of the city appears to be amazing. I am sure once they get married and have some children he will buy a huge house on some property like the rest of the celebs.

  • 11. he must paid for the location and the square footage, because its not that big of a deal.. am sure he will put in his own stamp on it.. nice pad but i wouldnt waste $5million on it.. the property developers must have seen "over paid and over rated pop star" written all over his cheque..lol!!
