8. To the people who said that her wearing a seatbelt would have saved her life, that is true, but only to some extent. The car was so badly hit that it had severely caught on fire. *note the fire trucks?* So, yes, it might have benefited her, but she still would've been extremely hurt because she was in a burning car that caught on flames immediately. Keep that in mind. R.I.P. Kandice and may prayer be with her family.

10. Well for the people who actually knew her, she was a wonderful person no matter what her physical appearance or beliefs stereotyped her as. I always looked up to kandi. this was a horrible accident. she never wanted this for herself. everyone takes risks sometimes, they just havent caught up with the ones who are still alive...yet. To my friend Kandi...peace be in your soul. i will never forget your energy, laugh, smile...sleep well precious.

Kandic was a very beautiful girl, what a tragic,to the family you are in my prayer, I would like for you guy at this time to talk expess your feeling about Kandics departure.listening to your family member as they listen to you,cry with them or cry on there shoulders,hold on to one another this family has suffered a great lost and is in need of serious hailing.I really hope your family can find peace. 12. They SHOULD show the blood and the bodies. Maybe more people would buckle their frickin seatbelts... something that takes TWO SECONDS which ultimately would have saved a family from a LIFETIME of pain and grief! I'm sorry that a mother has to deal with the pain of a child's death, but her daughter wasn't taken from her... her daughter gave her life away.

13. Deepest sympothy to Kandice Hutchinsons family, I have lost my 16 year old cousin due to fatal driving and drinking. He did not wear he seatbelt nor was he awake. This just shows people need to wear there seatbelt because life can be taken quite hesitantly and you might not realize but life is precious so make sure you keep hold of it very tightly. 14. On these pictures of her car by the concrete barrier, that looks like blood on the wall. Right above that, is that her BODY?!.. Why would they PUT THAT on here!! Its sad.. Is it? I couldn't tell so I thought I'd ask.

15. Virginia did not coin the phrase "Click it or ticket". In Texas it is also a state law to wear your seat belt or you could be ticketed and fined a pretty hefty amount. A seat belt may have saved her life. Blessings and prays to her family and friends.
