  It looks like the original tile work was low quality and fell off. The shot of the side wall of the balcony patio falling onto the roof is a good example. And all those step edges and electrical plates coming loose-- that's poor workmanship. If i were the landlord i'd be embarrassed to show how easily it all fell apart. it didn't look that dirty (besides the cigarette buts, but atleast he smoked outside) there are few shots of dirt/filth. a broken mexican planter. whoop dee doo. it's probably the tenants. if he didn't pay his rent--- then he is a loser for that, but these pictures show more construction/landlord liabilities than tenant damage.

  This is sooooo ridiculous... I am no fan of K-Fed, but seriously $100k for those minor issues. The worst is the cigarette butts, but even that could have been anyone. Anyone could sue anyone for anything and how do we know that those people aren't struggling in this economy and are just looking to get paid. Give me a break......
