• 1007. Like several others have said - she's 18. God knows how many 18 year olds have smoked pot in their life. She didn't know she was being photographed. I hate this for her. How would you like everything you did at 18 on TMZ.com?

• 1013. This is funny. A little sad, but funny. Obviously she's smoking weed; she's holding a piece, not a pipe. Tobacco pipes don't look like that. A lot of your favorite stars do much worse than smoke ganj, its just a little sad that she wasn't more cautious about WHERE she did it. Front porch was a terrible idea. Especially right after twilight was released.

• 1014. Oh Angry Mom... what are you doing on TMZ in the first place? Personally, I think the exposure of TMZ on children is far worse than knowing some 18 year old celeb is smoking pot. Besides... it's actually legal in CA if it is medicinal. Tsk Tsk. Go take your kids to the park and have fun on your witch hunt!
