  • 48. Bulimia is my guess. Often see puffy face from binge eating and hair loss from lack of nutrients and minerals. That combined with a lot of injections of restilan and botox perhaps. A couple of months in the gym and lots of h20 and a healthy diet and she will be as beautiful as ever. My guess is she needs some help to get back on track and who knows what issues she is dealing with, health or otherwise. Could just be stress or father time. I will never understand why tmz likes to kick people so much when they are down. Remember, everyone's life is a series of ups and downs and obstacles. Celebrities are people with real feelings and not just objects to build up and tear down for fun. TMZ seems to be run by people with low self esteem because people who really feel good about themselves don't kick others when they are down. That's my opinion and 2 cents

  • 49. Not only does it appear she has gained weight, which in her case may have been a medical necessity she looks like she is suffering ill affects of steroids and certainly overzealous use of cosmetic facial fillers. Perhaps she is the victim of the same doctor Priscilla Presley frequented. Either way, LFB is not looking well for a woman of her decades. The photog needs to learn to activate the auto focus feature on the camera.

  • 50. I think it is bulimia it makes your face swell and hai fall out.

  • 51. seriously, tmz, these shots are horrible!!! could you fire Esther already and get a decent photog?

  • 52. I've always had a thing for LFB. She was so cute in Twin Peaks and all the little movies she did in the 90's. That was before she had much of a tabloid presence. I think she's a better actress than she's given credit for being. I don't really believe that she's had anything injected into her cheeks -- why would she? She has naturally perfect cheekbones. But this is not the first time that people have commented on her swollen face, so I don't think it's just a bad angle. I have no idea what's going on, but I hope it's nothing serious. If so, then I hope she recovers quickly.

  • 53. She totally looks like Chyna Doll. Wow. This is very sad.

  • 54. Looks as if she has Lupus, but I'm not a medical doctor, so... Also, looks like anorexia because hair loss is DEFINITELY can be a symptom of long-term sufferers.

  • 55. She's lookin' a lot like Priscilla Presley and we know all about her getting industrial silicon shot into her face!

  • 56. She was on a recent Law & Order episode and her face was puffy...She did a few bikini shots during this episode and there was no apparent bloating throughout the rest of her body; just her face. At first didn't recognize her, until looked up credits for that episode... Perhaps bad Botox job; or as previous folks said medication reaction...

  • 57. Seriously, when I saw her on Law & Order recently, all I kept thinking was, "What's wrong with her face? What has she done to herself?" But you know, it's all of us on here staring at her and other celebs and making comments about how they look that drives them to try to look better. And then you end up looking like a freak!

  • 58. She also has some hairloss where her hair is parted. I think she may have a medical problem.

  • 59. She got THERMAGE!!!! Its a new thing for face lifts..makes ur cheeks swell up like hers.. it will go away like in a week.

  • 60. Lara, good grief I hope you are OK. Was just thinking how we hadn't seen you in ages and now here you are on TMZ. She is a true natural beauty (except for her hair, which is all gray by now), and I really think the swelling is a sign of something else ... not plastic surgery. She doesn't need it.
