when this girl kills someone after driving high and drunk, i hope whomever drops her charges and is not sentancing her to jail understands fully that he/she will be the reason that person/persons had their lives taken away just as much as lindsey herself is!

In the old days we did not have the radio or tv or computer media that we have today and there were just as many drunk or HI actors then as there are now probably more because we did not have rehab centers and believe it or not it was not agains the law to have fun. The media and the publictity take the pictures and publish all the smut you can find and then tell them it is wrong you put 26 pictures of Linsey in the photo gallery and everyone of them was her at an event and in none of them did she have an alcohol drink. One picture at rehab she had a cigarette in her hand. She was still smiling because free publicity if free publicty. If you want to help them get better do not print every picture that the papazatzie take do not buy every gossip magazine you can find. I do not think she should go to jail she has to put up with all the busy bodies of the world she deserves some fun, I bet your 20 year old isn't working and paying her own way in this world.
Hello...What kind of lesson does she learn if she doesn't have to be punished for doing wrong things? A slap on the hand is not a deturant.Next time she may kill an innocent person and then the Legal system will be sorry for not punishing her more. Besides, a few weeks in jail might make her learn something. And if nothing else, it will give her a chance to be sober for a long period of time. Soberity might be something she likes and will help her in the long run. Just because she is a celebrity and has money does not give her a license to drive under the influence and kill or main someone else. TESCH HER A LESSON LIKE YOU WOULD ANYONE ELSE!

Anyone...black, brown, white, pink, yellow, blue ....whatever should go to jail for that !$?#@ She would be getting the same thing if she was black or Mexican....it is because she is a celeb not because she is white.
yea, these stars recieve special treatment.. not fair.. and is absolutly , totally , shamefull.. how is this to look at our young people today, who are watching all of this news? It does not set a example for sure.. yes , people who care and have falue's should stop seeing these stars movie's /
I think that if LL does not get 6 Month's minimum in jail, then it is quite appararent that celebrities are being given every break etc !!!

Lindsay needs to go to jail just like anyone else in america would. There is no reason for her not to... and that LA county DA should be locked up also for even considering letting her get off of those charges.
