this girl is obviously lost and confused. Sending her to jail, for too long won't staighten her up! Moving out of Hollywood will. Its not easy to live in Hollywood, with all the glitz, glamour, and drugs hollywood has to offer. She needs new friends and she needs a supportive family. Stop judging her, because most of you have done drugs in your past, the only difference was, you weren't controlled by them. She is controlled by alcohol and coke.

the source of these celebrities problems seems to be getting behind the wheel of a vehicle when intoxicated. with all their money, why not hire a driver and then they can get polluted and no will care.
she still has alot of talent, I think she has just gotten a little off course. Everybody has bad luck at some point, hers is just hitting all at once. She may be able to make some sort of deal to get out of jail time. If she would go back to how she was before all this... she is still sexy and has a chance to bounce back.. shes still young..good luck lindsay

The guys that say Lindsay over powered them are rediculous and the story is improbable. Try going 80mph in a 25mph zone in a SUV and doing dounuts on PCH going at least 30mph. Leave Lindsay alone!

If the people that are supposed to be looking out for her didnt pamper her and refused to let her party around them, she may not have gone so far down this road. As for that nit-wit of a mother, Dina, she has the mentality of a teenager herself!!! All she's worried about is a career on tv for herself! So sad, but unfortunately true! She should be ashamed of herself for using her daughters popularity and starpower to further a possible career forself. You're slime, Dina!!!

I don't think therapy can help lindsay because she's at the age where she doesnt' want to be told what to do. she had NO childhood & now she just wants to be free and experiment and try to do all the things she missed as a child I blame the mother - she is the epitome of a stage mom - she didn't make it in show business herself so she pushed her daughter -.to the breaking point. She is trying to be young & according to a man that called in to Fox news the mother is even doing cocaine. No surprise there - even the father, who at least rehabilitated himself and seems to have turned the corner, alluded to the mother doing things she shouldn't be. The mother stole her child's childhood and after this, she better do some real soul searching and yank the other 2 kids out of the public eye before she ruins their lives too....she is just plain reprehensible!
I feel sorry for Lindsay considering her dysfunctional family life. No guidance, no support, no nothing. I believe her behaviour is a silent cry for help. Her mother doesn't seem to care and her father was in prison so if her mother who might have been her former manager, is more interested in her own life than that of her daughter's, perhaps Lindsay figures, they don't care about me, so why should I care??

Wouldn't surprise me in the least if she either:
a) gets her ass into a treatment program and starts changing her ways, albiet slowly, or
b) goes on another drunken and/or drug addled rampage and manages to wrap her car around a telephone pole, careen into a center divider or pick her car off an onramp.
Way I see it, she reaps what she sows.
lindsay lohan is nothing special... she lost her talent after she became cracked out. send her to jail like the rest of us: we all would've gone even with "minor injuries"!!!
