• 16. I feel sorry for Lindsay considering her dysfunctional family life. No guidance, no support, no nothing. I believe her behaviour is a silent cry for help. Her mother doesn't seem to care and her father was in prison so if her mother who might have been her former manager, is more interested in her own life than that of her daughter's, perhaps Lindsay figures, they don't care about me, so why should I care??

• 17. Wouldn't surprise me in the least if she either: a) gets her ass into a treatment program and starts changing her ways, albiet slowly, or b) goes on another drunken and/or drug addled rampage and manages to wrap her car around a telephone pole, careen into a center divider or pick her car off an onramp. Way I see it, she reaps what she sows.

• 18. lindsay lohan is nothing special... she lost her talent after she became cracked out. send her to jail like the rest of us: we all would've gone even with "minor injuries"!!!

• 20. Hi Chillinout! Congratulations on your "theory" of sobriety! It works for about 1/4 of society. If a person wants to drink straight vodka from a water bottle and do "gaggers" all night in Hollywood, it is no big deal. They all go to Rehab, and AA! I am glad you"got clean". You are, like I said, One in a million. Lindsay Lohan is going to kill herself if she doesn't pull this Rehab stint off. Face it, they are all doing it to save face anyway. She will party behind closed doors now. MARK MY WORDS.

• 21. Are you guys kidding? If rich people can buy their way out of trouble , then why can't uneducated, rich, Hollyscrewed types do the same? It is hell on earth in L.A.. Everybody is doing it so why shouldn't they??!!

• 22. I don't think she should have to go to jail yet. I am a recovering addict and I know how hard it can be to get clean but I've seen in a few cases that a strict probation of 90 to 180 days in a rehab program, a meeting a night with signed vouchers, and urine screens once or twice a week. might be more beneficial to her and also show her a better to live, clean and sober. Jail won't teach her what a program can. she'll do the same thing once she gets out. Thats what addicts do. It's called insanity.

• 24. Lohan is another pretty face who deserves the slammer for a long time. It is never late to learn. I fear that someday this lady will die because of overdose. God Bless her.
