3. Yo - Bonnaducci, Brosnan& Morgan are pumped. Anyone, even older guys 50+ unless you are a fat lazy cop, can have hard body chests vs "Man Boobs" if they take a little effort. BTW, you can help an older guy with some oral steroids if you dont like the injection of Testesterone Decanoate. Im a pharmacist and getting older but I dont want to be unhealthy. Maintaining a leaner body mass is the key to longevity. Drop the extra baggage weight and work out more often and live longer with a better quaility of life.
