• 31. This just shows the complete stupidity and insensistivity of the media. My hands have looked just like the ones in the photos as long as I can remember. (Did do the "nail" thing for a while.) I was and am self conscious about my hands. My mother always said "pretty is as pretty does." I'm an artist, a potter, an equestrian, a gardner, a teacher. Actually, my hands, like the ones in the photos are . . . BEAUTIFUL! And they do BEAUTIFUL things. And I'll just be those do too!

• 33. Takes on to know one! I have been anorexic most of my life, and will not live to a ripe old age because of anoexia. I am so much better now, but my hands used to look so much like that when I was starving myself of nutrition. I am an R.N., and knew better. She is adorable and hope she isn't not anorexic.

• 36. Who ARE you people who write this trash? Do you think everything about YOU is perfect??? God has blessed her with many other wonderful qualities that are far, far more important than pretty hands. You need to stop and think about how your words will hurt those you write about before you write it. This just shows that the photographer of this photo and the writer of this article are shallow, shameless, and heartless. When you look at your loved ones, ask yourself what 'parts' of them are not perfect, and if that makes you want to run photos of their imperfections for all the world to laugh at just so you can make a buck. Shame on you!!!
