1. For the guy who said Matt is a 100% gay must have never worked out or read a fitness book. It sounds like he would care more about what he looks like while working out then the actual full body excersie routine. The exercises he are doing are actually used in the military and are very effective. I suggest everyone to open there minds to new things and not stay closed and judgemental
