• 42. Megan Fox is gorgeous! and its refreshing that TMZ publishes unretouched photos like this so we can see that even Megan Fox has acne scars, and acne on her face. There is a hole and scar in the upper part of her cheek and some zits on her chin area. She's possibly the hottest girl with acne I've ever seen in my life.
