1. I have said some awful things about you Mel since the divorce. The truth is I love you as a person and actor. I think you are the best actor on T.V. It has broken my heart at the decision you have made. Marriage is like a job. It needs undivided attention all the time. Mel any time we have a calling on our life from God, satan will try to destroy us. He always starts with our family. You made the movie "THE PASSION". Satan hated that movie. Now look at your family. My husband and I cried watching the movie and almost everyone at the theatre cried. A movie will never again be made to represent the Bible the way this movie did. Our prayers forever.
3. I must say that I dont really care about celebrities and their social lives. Mel Gibson and his wife's stories are just an example of what happens to some couples after years of marriage. Its usually a man for whatever reason feels insecure within himself and his marriage and strays. Apparently Mel has had infidelities before and is reportedly an alcoholic. He's middle aged and if facing those issues, I hope the best for all parties. Unfortunately for his new girlfriend I hope she understands that if he'll cheat with you, he'll cheat on you. She's no different than the wife, just a few years younger and that may buy her a few years with him but if she is pregnant that is going to change everything in a relationship. A woman is wonderful when she's not the wife.

THE YOUNGER GENERATION MAY NOT REMEMBER MOTHER THERESA OR BILLY GRAHAM, BUT MEL HAS LEFT A POWERFUL SPIRITUAL LEGACY FOR US IN FILM THAT WILL NOT DIE. HE BRAVELY STOOD AGAINST THE NAYSAYERS AND DISDAIN OF HOLLYWOOD TO MAKE IT A REALITY.
HAVING MADE MISTAKES IN LIFE, I PRAY FOR HE AND HIS FAMILY EVERY DAY. WE WISH FOR PRIVACY IN OUR DARK TIMES, PERHAPS WE SHOULD OFFER THE SAME TO THESE HURTING PEOPLE. INSTEAD OF THROWING STONES, PERHAPS WE SHOULD OFFER COMPASSION INSTEAD AND ALLOW THEM THE SPACE THEY SO BADLY NEED AT THIS TIME.

They both need to get on with their lives. I think at best they will still be good friends. It is really sad to see that after all these years that Mel and his wife are calling it quits on their marriage..But I firmly believe that they have not gone into this decision lightly..I am sure they have tried to resolve their issues together for the sake of their family. Honestly, if it is over, it is over and no amount of prayer is gonna fix that..Just give them time and space to work out their @!?#$

It's one thing to be tortured as a sacrifice for God or country or others, its another to sabotage yourself and the life you've been blessed with. He is a confused individual with huge doses of both genius and foolishness. Repent and sin no more, Mel, and maybe, just maybe, your marriage could still be redeemed - not for your sake but for the Name of God.

They are not perfect but neither are we. Their personal business makes the news and that in itself is an intrusion of their privacy. Back up...give them a little space.
