• 62. This is a high profile case of where our society has gone with all the drugging. Doctors are way too quick to believe the propaganda and lies of the pharmaceutical industry and pass this crap out like it's harmless. This happens to countless people everyday around the world. MJ did have some serious health problems, but there must be better ways to manage it than drug after drug. We need to ban DTC advertising as well as marketing to doctors. We need to take the profit out of pharma and use public dollars for research, development and safety testing. We need a collective psychological shift away from drugs and more toward healthy drug-free lifestyles. The pharmaceutical industry killed Michael, yet the blame will be put on his doctors and/or employees. That's wrong.

• 63. Um... Prednisone would be used for legitimate reason: MJ had lupus. Prednisone is a corticosteroid, it is not "steroids" as in body builder testosterone, and it's not a controlled substance or anything that could be used to get high. It can cause agitation, sleeplessness and anxiety so it wouldn't be strange to add xanax. Maybe MJ was addicted to xanax and the pain killers, but it happens to a lot of people who use it for legitimate reasons and MJ certainly had some challenging health problems. I think you're really sensationalizing this without actually working to get and present real facts about his life and reasons for using these medications.

• 64. okay once again you guys i mean tmz needs to be corrected true Promethazine is a antihistamine but it is prescibed for nausea not sedation you bumbling non researching morons. and Alprazolam is xanax and prednisone is a corticosteroid not just steroid. and versed is also a benzodiazapine with an extremely short half life not really a so called drug addicts big choice. and as i say once again pills and the vial of demerol still had drugs in them also not a sign of a so called addict. these things i know because i am a recovering addict who now helps people reasonably try and clean themselves up with out judgement. key word no judgement

• 65. what they seem to be missing is that not only were there pills still in the bottles which if he was taking 40 xanax a night which i know by experience a lot of experience that is impossible i mean impossible trust me these so called damning photos are a joke come on antibiotics and one of the prescriptions was for prednisone which is prescribed sometimes for upper respritory problems it is a corticosteriod. damn a little research always goes a long way what ever happened to good journilism

• 66. what is so sad is that none of these people cared about him, they knew he was a man in trouble, and all aound him added to his troubles. These were all from 2002-2003, wasn't that when the raid was on Neverland? NOT NOW in2009. He was sweet, kind and loving. One more thing ...any man can offer sperm, but it takes a real man to be a Father. And according to his Kids, he was their Father. Always praying for you Michael, sympathy to your parents, your children, your sibblings, and to all who really cared for you.

To;MS LUV IT is on CNN and CNN is very- very fair regarding this story, as for it being fake:consider this; if MJ was on all theese drugs all the time for the past 5-6 years he would have been in a comatose state most of the time no one can take 30-40xanax /day and all the other narcotic meds and use propofol in addition to all that!!!!!! And he never OD'd on all these drugs? It is humanly not possibe,if he was doing all this, how did he produce all the music and art and raise children, travel and so on????This is an intense and well orginized movement to discredit his legay,his life, his very being.Jee where did we heard all this before, could it be Kurt Cobain? he voice of a generation, or sould we make a list here, there were many others who died of sudden death at a young age with a similar follow-up story.Just my opinion.

• 75. Every one makes what ever they want with their life that is what he wanted...i dont see cops going to other houses and doing the same thing. I am certain that many other people have died for similar reasons..and they dont make top news...let the men rest..and all the famouse people that were at staples on tuesday should really think of donating some moeny to the city of la...the state had no money for schools butthey have money for his that is all a lot of bs.... by the way if the family is so hurt then saty away from the camaras and pray for MJ at home....we dont se the wife of nfl star out in public do we.. they just looking to get money from every were and the worst $@!?# the using MJ... let him rest and let every body get back to normal
