• 6. come on give me a break ... i do not care who was driving either vehicle , the law states do not leave the scene of an accident ..no matter who you are ..so the drivers and drivers alone should be charged with leaving the scene of an accident , because apparently both of them left the scene.

• 7. ok so if it was micheals driver. Micheal is off the case. the driver is responsible . Yeah he was in the car.maybe the ambulance hit the driver, and maybe the ambulance was responding to an emergency call . vice a versa both drivers are responsible. they both should of reported it. If the driver of micheal wants not to report then he or she will face serious consequences from motor vehical. Hope the ambulance had the license plate of the driver with micheal

• 10. This website is the exact kind of thing that fuels the corporate machine. They'll feed us anything they want about celebrities. It doesn't matter if anything is remotely true or not. All that matters is that some people are naive enough to take these sorts of "issues" to heart and fuel the fire. Without websites and magazines similar to TMZ, the paparazzi wouldn't be such shitbags, trying to catch everybody doing ANYTHING that can possibly be misconstrued. Thank you TMZ, YOU are the destruction of society. Anybody worth their salt would read that statement and already have thought the same thing. If this thought has never crossed your mind, please reevaluate your life.

• 12. omg this is so funny. i used to work for the ambulance company that got hit!!!! i know exactly where this is too!!!! the EMTs involved told me about this and I had to see this for myself!!!! good job TMZ!!!

• 14. There should be a corresponding damage to Jacko's car. You cannot leave the scene of an accident especially when there are injuries to occupants of both vehicles. There was no way of knowing the other vehicles occupants' injuries and Jacko's vehicle has a perfect reason to continue on their way to the medical center, if that's where he was headed (presuming he was even in his car). A scrape is not an impact compared with being hit from behind or on the side at right angles. I doubt very much if it caused the ambulance passengers injuries unless their necks or extremities were hanging out the window. Probably they were startled. Such woozies!

• 15. lol...Dude fo real? If it was that serious, WHY WOULD they have taken Michael's Picture instead of the so called "Injured ppl". Its a 15 minute of fame... and like da ppl. b4 me said...Its "sue Michael for anything". Like..."the sun blined my eyes as Michael's SUV was passing by...Do i have the right to sue Michael NOW???"
