• 61. I didn't make it through all the pictures as I became bored with all the blandness...Its too understated for my taste. Take away the clutter and the junky looking nick-nacks and your left with blah.... I'm sorry I just don't like it, I'm not impressed...HOWEVER, its not my home and I don't have to live there...Nuff Said.

• 62. The only pictures you can compare to what will be ALLOWED by the historical people over the White House are 9, 13, 18, 19, 26, 27, 28, 33, 34, 38, 39, 42, 52, 57, and 58. The other types shown wouldn't even be considered. the guy is good, but I wonder if he's got the patience to deal with the limitations that will be imposed on him when decorating.

Comparisons of Michelle Obama to Jacqueline Kennedy has been hysterical to most, so this selection of a decorator follows the same fashion sense that Michelle Obama has. Low-class, flea market junk, tenament decorating. The White House private quarters will feel like home to someone like Michelle that has no taste and never will. No amount of money will buy her one iota of class.

And while Congress budgets $100,000 in household transition costs for every new administration, if the Obamas spend more than that — and most first families do — they will have to cover the expense of decorating their private quarters with private donations. In addition, they can’t change the public rooms without the approval of a committee of preservationists."

I would have to agrre with bobby..I have seen his work on life styles of the rich and famous and these homes that mike decorated truely do look like a hodge podge of garage sale crap, I mean the mirior with those two inky dink vases? They look like they came from the DOLLER store!! Micheel call bobby trendy or some one to decoarate right!! before the WHITE HOUSE turns into the junkhouse!!!

• 69. Junk. Nothing like the mansions and palaces I have deorated. That tree trunk coffe table looks like firewood. UGHHHH, why cant people decorate like me? Carousell ceilings and 24kt gold ballustrades and imported water fowl in ther fountains?! Junk! Im glad Anna Nicole Smith payed my $1M consultation fee so she could have only the best!! These homes look like they belong to destitoot people in the um emploment lines happy with just shleter or even a roof over thier heads..UGHHHHH!

• 70. My last foray! "Does anyone's house actually look like that? My House presently is strewn with Dragon tales videos, chicken nuggets, and has a running soundtrack of Zippadeedoodah." Are we all supposed to say; "Hooray for YOU!!!"? Is this in any way relevant to the decorator who has been chosen to do the "family quarters " of the White House? To this person.who wrote this................."who cares what your house looks like with junk thrown all over the place???!!" What on earth does what YOUR house have to do with what the decorator who has been chosen to do the family quarters , has done? What....the lowest common denominator is what should rule??? Thank God; the lowest common denominator does not rule.......and the Obamas have chosen a very talented and wise decorator......who will make a lovely and warm home for them. They will need it!
