91. It's terrible! It makes me want to cry! How could anyone let this man decorate their homes! He should not be allowed anywhere near the white house! His work reminds me of design on a dime, (where they salvage things from yardsales or thrift stores but they really should be recycled because they are sooo outdated and ugly.) The White House represents elegance, class, power; it should not be furnished with things that you find on the streets with free signs taped on them. Michelle Obama is a fashion icon and she could do a much better job on her own.
93. It looks pretty bland and spartan to me. Sort of what Tara might have looked like a few years into the War Between the State. It seems pretty dull and lifeless.
94. wtf do you think the white house should have, lava lamps and ikea furniture? i think this decorator will fit the white house decor. its gonna be good i think
95. Forget the designer, when in the hell are you going to fix this crappy photo viewer. I have XP Pro and Vista premium and on both computers, you can view 4 or 5 images and then black. If you reload the page you can view another few pages until black. It has sucked for a week or more. How long does it take a big, well funded site to correct such a glaring error?
97. Most of it is absolutely hideous. Pretentious and understated, by-the-book. Too many flower arrangements, ugly table lamps, ornate mirrors, vases, and ugly furniture, including rattan (yuck). The combination of patterns and colors is strange and uncomfortable to say the least. And what's with the bench at the foot of every bed? Is that a rule for the ostentatious? And paintings crammed in between doorways and the ceiling moldings, propped up on mantles, or hung in front of bookshelves. Yah, that's useful.
104. attractive but extremely dull. everything he does looks the same.. wish they had used someone like Thomas Schoos who is not only one of the top decorators in the world- but is also classy and inventive.
105. I really like his work. Very open and not fussy. Too many designers focus on dark heavy furniture. I love what I see here (ok...not everything, but who would like everything?) Do you think he'd come and do some pro bono work at my house?

92. Well, no one can say his work is either warm or cozy. It looks rather typical for the "New Rich". Boring. (yawn)

96. Most of it is either busy or bland. I hope the historical society has to approve his designs before they are used. YUK!

98. Hope they didn't pay him too much, looks like a page out of Williams Sonoma. I think that decorators company is going to need a bailout.

101. Comforting, welcoming and livable. I applaud them for not choosing someone whose look is predictable and pretentious.

103. Well, it's ah....a clean look, but I think the Designer Guys would be a much better choice.
