Health in the navel, marrow in the bones. Strength in the loins and in the sinnews. Power in the priesthood be upon me and upon my posterity for all generations of time, and throughout all eternity.
What is that????
BreezyMe, I've seen a LOT of very hot Mormon missionaries wandering the streets here in San Francisco. Seriously, almost every one that I've seen has been very attractive. I think their church intentionally sends the hottest men to SF as a way of luring in us poor gay guys who need salvation.
Okay, seriously. Everyone here needs to stop making comments that really offend people. the LDS, (not FLDS, or any of that stuff) are not in a cult of any sort. We do not do secret rituals in the temple, (you can go into any temple before it is dedicated); go to the website mormonexposed.com or whatever it is, and look at the FAQ, the guys on the calendar are acutally Return Missionaries. As a LDS girl, it is very true that Mormon boys are VERY nice looking, and not always "120 pounds over weight". Most often they are inshape and full of abs. And also, about the "white" comments... In my church building, it is not all "white", it is mostly Latino, or African American. I really take offence to many of these comments, and please, DONT post anything if you dont know the facts. And "FACTS" dont come from websites that names are such as "mormonhater.com" and crap. If you want to get information about a MORMON/LDS... ask a MORMON/LDS.. and not a former one. :]
c'mon, any mormons that have come knocking on my doors have NEVER looked like that! they are always about 120lbs overweight, have breathing problems & look perverted... now if they HAD come to my door, i woulda been obliged to have them come in & "set for a spell" lol!
Since when did Mattel make overgrown young adult aged mutant Mormon missionaries? Oh yeah, since the geniuses religion had the PURELY BRILLIANT (heh, *purely*) idea of sending attractive people out to booby trap the potential converts. One of the guys looks really old and ugly by the way. He must be years off his mission. I don't know why they chose him. Most of the guys look like scary, walking huge pulsating penises. Makes me wanna run for cover.
The woman in the Nuvarin advertisement is a Mormon, too. She attends the ward that I used to go to. Heh. Funny to me that they placed her ad on the page with the story about the model missionaries.
I have to say, this is absolutely hilarious. I'm dying! Funny that some LDS returned missionaries would make such a lame calendar! Why is the one guy wearing a white skirt with a pink sash? Am I missing something? And what's with the stringy haired Mad-Max guy? Kind of weird.
I love the Mormon religion. This calendar's truly lame, though.
for the tool who said none of these guys are lds, i know for a fact that they are. im friends with them tool bag. piece of @?#$! doesnt know what he is talking about.
It is very enlightening reading the comments on the Men on a Mission calendar. Let's keep our facts straight, though. . . Elders (male missionaries) serve ages 19 (not 17) to 26. Sisters can serve beginning at age 21. Just because a man wants to look good, it doesn't necessarily make him gay. Even though I have been excommunicated from the Church, I still have a testimony of it. Joseph Smith was NOT a pedophile. The FLDS Church is NOT affiliated with the LDS Church. Jesus Christ is the same God called Jehovah in the Old Testament. The Father and the Son are two distinct beings (See the passages in the New Testament recounting Christ's baptism.) The Church encourages all its members (including women) to get the best education possible, even though the greatest service a woman can do is raising a good family. These are just a few of the common misconceptions of members of the LDS Church's beliefs. I could go on and on.

Nothing like a little sex to invite members to a church. Strange.... Not that I'm complaining!
