They are not man eating machines do you have any idea how much of the human population eat shark? 10 to 15 people die each year because of sharks and 100 million sharks die each year because of people like you.... you are a disgusting human been and truly need help, sharks have been here for countless years and will be here for countless more people remeber these predators because they contribute to sustain the ocean... people will forget horrible people like you!

• 9. Mike, i want to kill you what is wrong with you? why are you so cold hearted? Sharks are not just vicious eating machines. They are completely misunderstood. I wouldn't shed a tear if YOU dissappeared from the face of the Earth. You are nothing more then an ignorant ass. You really need to get your facts straight before you start bad mouthing the sharks. People get eaten by sharks because they are stupid. They dress up like seals and go splashing around in shark habitat. What more can you expect? Its the sharks natural instinct to feed itself, just like people. So hows about you stop being a jerk just for the sake of it? Thank you, i hope you get eaten by a shark.

• 12. It's obvious those that were glad the shark was not saved are uneducated! Learn to appreciate other species and not just your own. You call the shark vicious,a predator, human killer, etc.. For those meat eating ANIMALS (humans), wouldn't that put you in the same "vicious" category?? Peace!

• 14. it's sad that the shark had to die. i just read through some of the idiotic comments that some people left. sharks, are one of the most misunderstood marine life there is. They're actually highly intelligent. Sharks have poor eye sight also, that's why there's a high number of human attacks. Notice how the shark 'care takers' didn't go into the water, to try and help the shark, when they knew there was chlorene in it, and the shark would die? IT'S PATHETIC. They make tranqulizers for a pourpose. But, i guess, the pathetic people at this facility, didnt want to waste their valuable money on such 'non-sense.' Now, they have to deal with bad publicity ?#@$! morons.
