Some of them like Nick Cage really needed it, obviously. I just don't get those midlife remakes like Faye Dunaway (or Cher or Joan Rivers or Mary Tyler Moore or Carol Burnett) where they get the mouthful of perfect PIANO KEYS that don't resemble their natural smiles in the least.
Dee Dee you are a retard. I am a dental hygienist and no where ever have I heard of a dentist (that doesnt have malpractice suits against them for negligence) recommend rinsing with peroxide in their mouth.
Seems teeth help express your personality and now a days all the people in Hollywood are walking around with the same smiles. What happened to individualism? I'm not saying walk around with rotten teeth, at least keep them in prestine shape....but why change something that sets you apart from others. Is Hollywood all about being alike?!?
This obsession with "perfection" is CRAZY! A few people in the photos (Nicolas Cage, Mike Tyson, Noel Gallagher, & Elliot Yamin) had some SERIOUS Dental issues. THEN I look at the pictures of the women/girls-- and think ‘Why?’ Alessandra Ambrosio had a fine enough set of teeth to be modeling in a CLOSE UP face shot, focused on her mouth. She looked GREAT! Hilary Duff's teeth were fine also. NOW they are BIG & SQUARE, looking more like over-sized chicklets than teeth. Lastly, for me, is Celine Dion. She looked AWFUL in the before picture, but her teeth were lovely. A CLEAR sign of AGING (Oh NO-- a NATURAL PROCESS) are teeth that have yellowed. I would bet money that (very youthful looking) Ms. Dion did not welcome "aging teeth". At some point it's nice to see a Celebrity Role model going Au Natural. NORMAL Dental Care, NORMAL Health & Beauty routines, NORMAL sized bodies... Ah well. To each their own. Take good care y'all!

Nic Cage actually removed two of his teeth for the film "Birdy" when he was very young. I think that photo was taken around that time.
