1. Wow that's a NICE cell. He gets his own shower + curtain, and a room all to himself. Man, I've been to jail and you shower with other dudes and u dont get your own toilet or your own "cell" either. He's set.

2. NICKS CELL SHOULD BE THE SAME SIZE AS JOHNS BED!!!

3. if your gonna do a crime,you need to know you may have to the time!!!!!!! So if you don't want to do time, then don't do the crime. Easy to understand YUP!!!!!!!!!

4. So Nick finally gets to see what Reality is really like! It's not just about living the high life, it's also about accepting responsibility. As far as I can understand his situation, he got off rather easy with 8 months (only 4 months with good behaviour). How much would anyone want to bet me that he'll screw up his 5 years probation? Does anyone really think this little wet-nosed spoiled cry-baby will be able to fulfill his probation? If he screws up during his 5 years probation, it just might mean that he'll have to serve some more time. Then he'll be old enough to be put into general population. Oh yes, the inmates will have lots of fun with Lil Nicky.....

5. Poor, poor Nick!!! he should be serving a life sentence just like his "friend' will be doing. I have zero respect for this family of clowns and am sick of hearing Mama try to sound like she is so upset that her baby is in jail. Can you believe he had the nerve to say he missed being at the beach in the Escalade and wants a reality show??? Grow the hell up you little punk!!!

6. NICK only got 8 months!! THAT MEANS HE WILL E OUT IN 4 MONTHS!!! HE WILL BE 18 NEXT MONTH, IN JULY..HULK BOUGHT THE BOOZE, HIM AN NICK WAS CAUGHT ON TAPE DOING SO.... YOU CAN GET MORE TIME THAN THAT FOR ALOT LESS. He should have been charged for DRIVING WHILE IMPARED. HE IS 17 YRS OLD. HE SHOULD NOT HAVE BEEN DRINKING EVEN A WINE COOLER !!! I think Hogie jr will be OK FOR 4 LITTLE MONTHS.... JOHN HAS A LIFE - SENTENCE....RIGHT ?? SO I DON'T FILL BAD FOR LIL' HOGIE jr.... MAN UP NICK ...... DO YOUR TIME STOP CRYING.......

7. Nick Hogan is under 18 and the guy who was injured in the car was over 21. Has anyone ever wondered where the alcohol came from and who bought it??? John Graziano is an adult and chose to get in the car. I highly doubt he was telling him to stop.

8. I wonder If John does die for the injury of the accident, could they upgrade Nick charges and charge him with murder? Beside that I do kinda feel bad for him,but in 8 months he can get therapy and live a some what normal life while john will never get to experience life outside those hospital walls . SO NICK GET OVER IT!

9. Regardless of all personal opinions on Nick and his parents we still have a scared 17 year old boy whose upbringing has been very much a fairytale till now----I am sure 8 months will wake him up. Its not his fault or choice of who he is.\At 16 to 17 years old I am sure there is not one person reading this that did not speed at least 2 oe 3 times --maybe,just mmaybe he actually got caught everytime he tried to speed and as rich parents do they knew he was speeding So that got him involved with amaturer racing as an outlet but aparently this is where the hogans fell short uopstairs---and by the way==HIS SISTER IS HOT and the nude pictures if any could be traded in the slammer for some favors from guards and personal appearances wiith happy endings would give him the keys to all the doors..wAKE UP hOGANShow do you think Nicole Ritchie only spent a few hours in the bighouse??????---

11. Iam sickened by the way the Hogans have absolutely no regard for John or his family. Nick has taken his friends life away, he will never be able to enjoy what Nick will be able to (with Daddy's money)in 4 to 8 months. I think the sentence should have been longer. Oh, and by the way Hulk,Linda,Brooke and Nick...IT'S NOT ALWAYS ABOUT YOU!!! Think about other people sometimes, you Hogan family wouldn't be where you are today with out "us regular folk" and you have just lost the majority of us. Everyone has a judgement day, so think before you speak. He knows all.

12. It appears from the phone calls and news articles that this kid deserves to pay for his recklessness. He is consistantly asking for "special" treatment because he has apparantly been raised to believe he actually IS "special." It reminds me of what I read that Bill Cosby supposedly said to his daughter we he heard her telling playmates that SHE was RICH. He very quickly reminded that "No, YOU are not RICH. You have nothing! I am rich." Celebrity kids that reminder once in a while!

13. I think they should let Nick out for 2 hours a day- to work in a morgue or other similar community service (that would show him the results of his choices). Then he can get out of the cell and still learn responsibility for his actions.

14. Im so sick of hearing about these people. Nick needs to grow the f#@% up and deal with it. Im sick of hearing about brooke and her music who buy the way cant sing for s#@$%, hulk who is dating a brooke look a like and linda for dating a 19 year old GROW UP PEOPLE the only reason that they are famous is because they act like idiots just like paris hilton
