2. 1) john bought the beer. 2) john wasn't wearing his seatbelt. 3) john got what he had coming to him. nick was stupid to play along, but you know what? if your friend is a smart marine, he wouldn't do something as stupid as get you beer and let you speed through town, right? RIGHT!? uh huh, that's what i thought. nick is 17. 1) he should be in juvie. 2) he should have to participate in a rehilbilitation program that inclueds AA, working in a morgue and driving classes. throwing him into solitary is just asking for trouble. hopefully the warden and his staff is keeping eye out on the kid.

3. OMG! what a cry baby! Live in the real world for a little while instead of paying someone to wipe your $$$$ ass. suck it up @#?$! With my job, i'd consider it a vacation. Sleep, read and enjoy some peace and quiet. At least you don't have some big bubba coming up behind you like the losers that broke into my home and stole all my husbands guns, entertainment equipment and all my jewlery!! Freak Show Family. 4. ok, i agree he deserves to do time and that it's messed up that he's acting the way he is. but it's not the parents' fault that he can't drive a car responsibly. as a parent, of course you're gonna want to protect your kid from these things, but you don't know how they actually feel. i bet they're mortified he did this and feel terrible for the family, but they want to save their son. nick knew he could have gotten in an accident driving like that, a ticket even, if the crash hadn't happened. he needs to accept it, however, his friend should have been wearing the seatbelt, who knows, maybe the kid was egging on the driving too. i'm not trying to defend nick and say what he did isn't wrong, because it is. you just can't blame one side and not put SOME blame on the other.

5. LIL' HOGIE jr only got 8 months!! THAT MEANS HE WILL E OUT IN 4 MONTHS!!! YOU CAN GET MORE TIME THAN THAT FOR ALOT LESS. He should have been charged for DRIVING WHILE IMPARED. HE IS 17 YRS OLD. HE SHOULD NOT HAVE BEEN DRINKING EVEN A WINE COOLER !!! I think Hogie jr will be OK FOR 4 LITTLE MONTHS.... JOHN HAS A LIFE - SENTENCE....RIGHT ?? SO I DON'T FILL BAD FOR LIL' HOGIE jr.... MAN UP NICK ...... DO YOUR TIME STOP CRYING.......

6. Gnatster they signed release forms to say they had no issues with people hearing what they said. Apparently they had 'nothing' to hide. If they have issues with the release of them they would have come down hard on whoever leaked them. My guess is they like the publicity. If not for this garbage what would they be famous for? Nothing these days! BTW Nick got what he deserved. I just hope he winds up with a really nice boyfriend while he's in there.

7. unfortunate , this poor kid survived a tour of duty in Irac and is going to be hospitalized for the rest of his life as the result car crash , terrible .

How about some bandwidth and chatter about the scum that released jail house talk tapes... now that person that released the tapes should be charged and sent to jail too!...now I would be the first to admit it was very enlightening and changed my views about the Hogan's and how they really felt about this situation.... BUT, I think a crime was committed by whomever released those tapes...they did it intentionally and with premeditated malice in my opinion... they work inside our Justice system it appears, so if they would do that, what else are they doing? I think an internal investigation should be mandatory and immediate, not shoved under the carpet.... BTW, hey Nick hopefully you are eating out of a straw kind of like your buddy? ..at least you still have your brain to have thoughts and make decisions...does your buddy?

9. poor baby whines and cries cause he dont get his way.he f*cked up and he sits there bitching about being in a cell with no windows and wants to be on house arrest, cant be a man and face what he has coming to him.his family doesnt even care for the pain they caused.just trying to protect there own asses.nick your only a "somebody" cause of your dad.if it wasnt for him you wouldnt be "anybody" accept your punishment and cry on someone else who gives a f*ck

10. It was his parent's fault for letting him have a car like that one...Im sure he feels bad, but i think he deserve's a second chance..dang, people are sooo cold..

12. Nick is getting exactly what he deserves. He doesn't deserve mercy. He permanently injured his "friend". His parents are fake. I used to admire Hulk Hogan and now realize he's just as fake as his daughter's breasts.

13. Nick was drinking and driving. Not sure where you've been Treb. Nick put an end to their friendship, literally. Glad to see Nick is staying put! I'd like to see him get the full 5 years.

15. ......Why so much hate on the poor kid...He was not driving drunk and his buddie new exactly what was going on when he got in the car, and was probably having a great time right up until the moment they crashed...It was a team effort folks! Wrong, he was drinking.
