O.K. it was a "team effort" as you call it.....it is not a team effort being in the hospital pretty much a vegetable....his buddy is paying for it, for LIFE....other then guilt Nick gets to pay for it for only 8 months...they both thought they were invincible...they both had been doing similar, or same, for quite sometime and forgot about chithou$e luck.... Nick is uncomfortable for a few months, his buddy for LIFE...... I like the kid, Hulk and all of the families but, he did the crime, now man up and do the time.... if he is being used as an example, so be it but you all would think differently if your child was a vegetable in the hospital.... a crime is a crime, period.

2. LOL, GOOD FOR HIM... NEXT TIME HE WILL THINK TWICE BEFORE DRIVING.....

3. Why so much hate on the poor kid...He was not driving drunk and his buddie new exactly what was going on when he got in the car, and was probably having a great time right up until the moment they crashed...It was a team effort folks!

4. Hey its better then a hospital Room Minus the nurses. And boy do you have to feel good about brushing your teeth and drinking from the same fixture as your Toilet. BOTTOMS UP!! CHEERS

5. Money can't buy everything and it is about time the rich get the appropriate time for the crime.... if you can't do the time, then don't do the crime... and HULK should have his arse in jail too IF he gave them the booze!
