Regarding the handicapped placard visible in pic #17. The State of Florida will issue 2 cards to a person deemed needing them per Dr's. request. Perhaps these cards were actually issued to Terry. He is certainly entitled to these considering all the injuries and surgeries he has undergone. I have two of these cards myself and the second one is in the glove box of my daughter's car to use when I ride with her. It is illegal for anyone to use the placard other than the person to whom it was issued.

Dig this....Let alone a good friend ..Who wants to destroy a Supped Supra???? Obviously it was an accident and the responsibility lies in both,the driver and passenger. If Evil kinevel decided to do a jump are you gnna ride on back???? prolly not unless yur that person who wanna be seen with someone famous either way they both knew the risk. If you seen the show, Hogan knows best, you seen Nick trash the viper and you seen him abandon his own sister.That tells me two things 1,he cant drive,2 he doesnt give a fkk what happens to you even if yur blood.So if im John im sayin,"LET ME OUT,U CANT DRIVE"....and if im Nick im sayin "GET OUT YUR TOO MUCH XTRA WEIGHT"niether made them choices...so gGod bless them and t hope they learned there lesson.
I agree that there was an element of irresponsibility here, but why is everyone so critical? To me, the disgusting thing in situations like these is the fact that everyone else magically becomes omniscient and acts as if they would NEVER EVER make any kind of mistake. I mean after all mistakes are only for bad people right? I just hope and pray with all my heart that if any of these critics make an honest and horrible mistake that people give them a little more credit and sympathy than this.
That family is just disgusting, blaming the boy for not having a seatbelt on....what a bunch of disgusting a.holes. I hope they get what they deserve. Nick is nothing more than a spolied ungrateful brat. He doesn't even appear to be upset. If that were me, i would want to be in the bed next to my friend. I would NEVER be able to live with myself. What a shame for the kid, first and foremost, but when I see that Supra all twisted, it makes me cry, what a beautiful car, why in the hell did his parents let him drive a car with over 600 horsepower? Gee do ya think he'll race it? During the Hogan show, there was episodes where he was adding after market products to the car, what the hell did you expect? That was an accident waiting to happen. What idiots, now the boy's parents is suing, Looks like the soon to be ex mrs.hogan wont be getting as much as she thought lol, I love it, I just pray the money wont buy a "get out of jail free" card.
