• 182. yes,, that is nick's car,,, they show it in the reality show,,, i remember hearing about the accident when it happened,,, they thought he was street racing and lost control,,, so i was suprised when they had a whole episode os the second season of their show based on nick learning to be a drifter,,,, i am not sure if this was taped before or after the accident though,,,, either way,, i don't think i could live with myself knowing i have "killed" my best friend,,, accident or not he need to be charged and put in jail,,, any "normal" person would be

• 183. Good God, how did anyone survive this crash? Nick needs to be punished for basically taking the life of his friend for being a fool. There rich kids think they can do what ever they want to daddy will get them out of any trouble that may arise. Time to step up to the plate Nicky boy and pay the price. Your friend sure did.

• 185. I would bet money that Nick never, except rarely, even thinks about John. John is not going to get better. And he does not have an illness...he is a vegetable b/c of Nick's stupidity & John's failure to wear a seatbelt. And I seriously doubt Nick, except rarely for show, visits John anymore. I can't imagine John's family wants him around. If Nick gets out of this with just a slap on the wrist or just an extension of his license revocation, I will be furious. I am so sick and tired of these rich kids having a different set of rules than we do. It is just wrong and teaches them nothing. I am sure daddy will just buy him another too fast car when this is all over. It is disgusting.

• 189. The handicapped tag is in picture number 17....and yes, why is it in the car of a healthy 17 year old? This is so sad. I pray for his friends family and the pain that they are going through right now. I know that Nick is at fault, but I guarantee that he is reliving this moment everyday. He basically killed his best friend. Instead of blaming everyone, how about a little empathy towards the victim, his family, and others that have lost there loved one, and lived through this horrible ACCIDENT.

This is really so sad, that this had to happen??? how is it that nick didnt get hurt as bad as his friend did??? im amazed that anyone survived this horrible accident. i agree with everyone else, he needs to be punished for this, just like anyone else (normal, and not rich) would!!! he should pay court costs, get fined, and serve some kind of time behind bars as well as getting his licence suspended for a year atleast!! If this had of happend to just "real, common, everyday folk" best belive, the judge would throw the book at em' and throw em' under the jail!!!

• 193. his parents are not responsible for this. as parents, even on their show you see them telling him about the dangers of speeding, and going to lengths to make sure he understands, yet this happens. Nick is 100% resposible for himself. Society needs to stop blaming parents, and start blamming the ones responsible for their own lives. nick is what? 17? Hes more than capable of making his own descions and he made a bad one that has and will change his life forever.
