Anyone else notice the handicapped parking placart on the passenger's seat? Besides everything else-that's illegal to possess and use unless you are disabled. Seems Nick thinks the rules are for everyone else.
So he turned 16 a month before his first speeding ticket. I thought you had to be 17 to get your license? Don't you get your learner's permit at 16? How the hell is this kid racing/drifting if he just got his license? Makes no freaking sense, especially when he racked up 4 speeding tickets in less than a year. Is he able to drive right now? He is a menace on the road. Will he be prosecuted and do jail time?
I think that Nick is old enough to be held responsible fo his own actions. Why bring his family into it, just b/c its easy to blame some one famous. If his dad wasnt famous nobody would even think to blame the parents. Im sorry for John and his family, but he made the decision to get into the car w/ Nick. I dont think he was forced.
OK, we already knew Nick was an idiot from that stupid reality show, but how pathetic are his parents for allowing this to happen. Especially after his history of tickets. I hope the victims family sues the crap out of Hulk and that fake blond.Maybe if they have no money left for poor Nick he would grasp the real world and get a life Dumb Ass
I definitely think Nick should pay the price for his actions with the racing. He has a record for speeding. However, John is an adult and made the decision to get in the car with Nick, decided to stay in the car while Nick was going to race, and made the decision to not wear his seatbelt. I am all for throwing the book at Nick, but John and his family should not be allowed to sue over John's poor decisions.
take 2
4 speeding tix already? friend in coma.. 3rd degree felony.. friend still in come for maybe forever.. handicap sign in car.. hmm.. who does Nick need to drive around that's handicap? possibly sister since her new boob-job/everything TUCK or mom's 3rd facelift.
sad for the other guys family..
what will he get?
maybe traffic school a la 15hrs?
visit the morgue..
4 1/2 hrs behind bars down the street from ma's/pa's pad..
& maybe a few gran in court fees to Florida..
that's sad.. money really does talk.. bullshit sometimes walks..
& had this happened to 'normal' people in this world.. phew. LATER!
Why is Nick Bollea not in jail?
The laws need to be much stricter. Someone who causes an accident like this should lose his license for a minimum of 10 years, no exceptions, in addition to any jail time. Actually, I would hope the jail time would be longer than 10 years, but unfortunately it usually isn't.
This little creep has done nothing to show atonement for his actions. Instead he has been in the public eye acting like the immature, self-important jerk that he is. Daddy Bollea hasn't stepped up to the plate either. What a family of slobs.
its sad to see he showing no emtions to what happened to his friend let alone how dangerous racing is. let this be a lesson to all people no matter how famous your parents (and how they gonna let you off easy) that car accidents do kill and do hurt people
seriously someone throw this "spoiled" kid to jail!
what pigs these people are the law makes allowences for celebrities/ so he do little time shame/ white trash with money/
