196. Wait,
How in the world do you people get off saying the parents are not responsible, how do you think he got this car. They are responsible and so is Nick, even for the passenger not wearing the seatbelt, it all comes down to the responsibility of the driver. The driver is in charge of the car, with out him it won't move!, hes an idiot, the parents are idiots and there is a poor boy in a veteran's hospital without a life. There is no one to blame but the rich spoiled brat driving and the pockets of the parents the money for that car came out of.
And pray by the Grace of God that this boy with make a recovery one day and be able to walk around and live the life that Nick is living right now.
P.S. what a wonderful role model miss hogan is, in her drag racing documentary.
199. The sad thing about this accident is that Nick won't be penalized the way he should be. Daddy will through out some of his "hard earned" money & Nick will walk away with just a slap on his wrist. It's a shame that all celebrities have to do is throw some money out & they spend like 8 hours in jail ya know because of overcrowding. I'm so over ALL the celeb retards that just LOVE the attention. IT'S OLD ALREADY!!
201. it's a real shame that Hulk Hogan wasn't in the car instead of his innocent friend... maybe then the world would have been better off without 2 scumbags like Hulk and his careless son
203. I think the lady Penny Brown that makes ignorant comments about Linda needs to grow up. I doubt she would want people talking about her on the internet. She is talking about Linda when this article is about Nick and the accident. What the hell does Linda have to do with it. The fact is, Nick was racing and permanantly injured the passenger. That guy is never going to get better and it is becuase of Nick's driving. Granted he did not have his seat belt on, that is not Nick's fault but from the looks of the car, I don't know how much that would of mattered. I feel really bad for both families. I do not think that Nick's parents should be held responsible for his actions but legally I am not sure of the laws. My prayers are with both families.
204. Penny Brown, we heard you twice. Why the hate towards Linda ? Are you a Hulk stalker ? This is about the stupid actions of their child. You must be a friend of his new playtoy.
208. This is simply a shame. As a teenager he had no business with a car this fast. He deserves to be punished for his actions. He was racing his car and totaled it and ruined the lives of alot of people. On top of that the seat belts weren't even touched. All parents should pay attention to this.
209. "Why bring his family into it, just b/c its easy to blame some one famous. If his dad wasnt famous nobody would even think to blame the parents. "
Well, Stacy ... They're probably bringing his family into it because his family chose to showcase their lives on reality TV... oh ... and because the entire family appeared in a street racing "documentary"
210. Note that the airbags did not go off on either the driver or passenger side. It looks like with all the customizing Nick removed or inactivated the airbags. Nick will pay (or the Hogan family) for that added liability to John's family.
Keep the racing on the track!
