• 241. ANY of you idiots that are blaming John for not wearing a seatbelt are total and complete friggin morons. You do not know the circumstances involved. How do you know that John knew they would be racing. Often times, these are impromptu races. Yeah, blame the guy in a coma that can't defend himself. Nice move. Nick should get absolutely NO special treatment simply becuz he is Hulk Hogan's son. He is a spoiled rotten brat who has never had to face the consequences of anything so far. Lets home the justice system doesn't fail in this situation.

• 243. what? no airbag deployment on either side? Steering wheel has been replaced with a modified wheel - no airbag for passenger at all. Isn't that illegal? what a dick.

• 245. Probation and a suspended license...he'll be out on the roads again within a year. Love looking at the pics of him relaxing on the beach in Miami-ironic that his friend John doesn't even KNOW what a damn beach is anymore.

• 246. The passenger is an adult. Why didnt he have his seat belt on? Granted Nick is not in the right here, racing is never acceptable but if the passenger had his seat belt on things might be different. Nick was wearing his seat belt, maybe that is why he was uninjured. Is Nick responsible for another adult failing to wear a seat belt?

• 249. Yep, he was speeding/racing. Yes, his friend was injured. His friend also chose to not wear a seat belt, and to be his passenger knowing they were going to be drag racing. It was a tragic accident, made with a stupid decision. We've all been young and have at one point or another broken a traffic law, INTENTIONALLY. We have all went above the speed limit. Don't get me wrong, Nick made a bad decision and should be punished for it. But it was also a bad decision on his friend's behalf to not wear a seat belt, a safety device that could've prevent serious injuries. As for the pictures of the wreck.... yea they look bad, especially after being cut up by rescue personnel. However, I know my mother was paralyzed in a car wreck, there was no speeding, she was wearing her seat belt, and it was a one vehicle incident. Unless you have been nailed to the Cross, no one has the right to pass judgement on another human being. May God be with both John & Nick....
