What a shame for the kid, first and foremost, but when I see that Supra all twisted, it makes me cry, what a beautiful car, why in the hell did his parents let him drive a car with over 600 horsepower? Gee do ya think he'll race it? During the Hogan show, there was episodes where he was adding after market products to the car, what the hell did you expect? That was an accident waiting to happen. What idiots, now the boy's parents is suing, Looks like the soon to be ex mrs.hogan wont be getting as much as she thought lol, I love it, I just pray the money wont buy a "get out of jail free" card.

I is a miracle that either boys survived. The passenger is reported to be in a vegitative state and will unlikely recover. His care will be very costly. Right or wrong, there's money there to assist with the cost. I agree everyone, includng the Hulk for giving teenage boy a car like that, has some things to regret here.

I am really ticked at the way most of these comments are so judgemental and callous.
Looking at the pics of that car, it is a wonder anyone at all survived. I am not saying let Nick off the hook, but he was almost dead, himself. Yes, he survived and should face the music as well as the other guy racing. Both of them are at fault. And sometimes, no matter how hard we try to instill right from wrong in our kids, they have to learn the hard way.
I raised my kids not to drink, do drugs, etc, but one of my sons did time in the stockade for mustiple DUIs.....and in one accident, he was lucky he only killed a tree and not himself or someone else. He is alcohol and drug free now!
oh that poor tree.....I think everyone should sue..even the tree and people that believe in tree's...lolpeople need to start being responsible for there day to day decisions in life......
