Maybe they should have taught their son to use a seatbelt...
He was going along for the ride and acting just as irresponsibly by being in the car without his seatbelt even...
These parents are just trying to CASH IN on their son's stupidity for riding around with the Hogan kid an not wearing his seatbelt.

CAN'T BELIEVE NICK SURVIVED--EVERYONE INVOLVED SHOULD BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE, INCLUDING THE GUY WHO IS SUING--HE WAS A WILLING PARTICIPANT. UNBELEIVABLE THAT THESE PEOPLE THINK THEY CAN GET AWAY W/MURDER--WELL, I GUESS OJ FOREVER PROVED THAT, AT LEAST IN CRIMINAL COURT--THANK GOODNESS FOR THE LESSER STANDARDS IN CIVIL COURT!

Lets be real here- Are we the judge or not? i have always been told from the day that I was able to understand things that the only judge we really have is the one at the end of the judgement day and that is God. Yes, Nick and his family will have to live with want has happened. But before everyone starts calling names, please think about your own family first. I do feel sorry for the other family too. I had a sister in a wreck just like this, she is all messed up for life, she is 61 years old this month. My hearth goes out to all the familys that is involed in this matter. Nick hold your head high and don't let the world get you down. Love you all.
Them are some crazy pics from the first set it didnt look that bad but from those that is one of the worst ive seen,I dont see how anybody survived.But it was an accident and i belive some people are fogetting that n also the kid is 17 not 27 people make mistakes and no hes not a punk unless you actually know the kid uyou cant comment on what you see on television learn that! But most people are just wanting to see celebrities fall to the depths that they are at in there own pethetic life lol

The whole family are losers hulk is a washed up wanabe fake wrestler and his wife is an over weight tramp and is finally seeing the light to file for divorce ,The kids are out of control asses and should bee in jail if he wasent from a rich family (soon to be poor) he would be working at mcdonalds or making plates in prison ....This is what happens when you dont make your kids earn the privledge to drive..

OH MY GOD HOW COULD ANY PARENT LET THIS KIND OF THING HAPPEN!?!? I AM ONLY 13 AND SEEING THIS MAKES ME WANT TO WAIT TO GET MY DRIVERS LICENCE!!!! THIS KID SHOULD BE GROUNDED FOR LIFE AND HIS PARENTS SHOULD MAKE SURE THERE IS ALWAYS A PARENT WITH HIM NO MATTER WHERE HE GOES! HOW COULD THIS REALLY HAPPEN?!?!
Hes a spoiled brat and the sister, Hulk is No father of the year, he was bangin the daughters Girl friend while every body is playing for the camera to Make More $$ what a waste im sorry, a teen is Killed every 16 minutes in america behind the wheel im glad hulk didnt let him play with Guns ~
I believe most of the fault lies in Nick's parents, Hulk and Linda. They set up their own son for this devastating situation. They bought him race cars to drive on the streets, let his friends drive Hulk's race car in the streets. After being cited for 3 speeding tickets prior, why didn't they take the car away? Its ridiculous, they wanted to be "cool parents" and it bit them in their ass.
at least the engine is still good...poor tree x2 tho...
