• 63. I am really ticked at the way most of these comments are so judgemental and callous. Looking at the pics of that car, it is a wonder anyone at all survived. I am not saying let Nick off the hook, but he was almost dead, himself. Yes, he survived and should face the music as well as the other guy racing. Both of them are at fault. And sometimes, no matter how hard we try to instill right from wrong in our kids, they have to learn the hard way. I raised my kids not to drink, do drugs, etc, but one of my sons did time in the stockade for mustiple DUIs.....and in one accident, he was lucky he only killed a tree and not himself or someone else. He is alcohol and drug free now!

• 72. Maybe they should have taught their son to use a seatbelt... He was going along for the ride and acting just as irresponsibly by being in the car without his seatbelt even... These parents are just trying to CASH IN on their son's stupidity for riding around with the Hogan kid an not wearing his seatbelt.

CAN'T BELIEVE NICK SURVIVED--EVERYONE INVOLVED SHOULD BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE, INCLUDING THE GUY WHO IS SUING--HE WAS A WILLING PARTICIPANT. UNBELEIVABLE THAT THESE PEOPLE THINK THEY CAN GET AWAY W/MURDER--WELL, I GUESS OJ FOREVER PROVED THAT, AT LEAST IN CRIMINAL COURT--THANK GOODNESS FOR THE LESSER STANDARDS IN CIVIL COURT!

Folks- Lets be real here- Are we the judge or not? i have always been told from the day that I was able to understand things that the only judge we really have is the one at the end of the judgement day and that is God. Yes, Nick and his family will have to live with want has happened. But before everyone starts calling names, please think about your own family first. I do feel sorry for the other family too. I had a sister in a wreck just like this, she is all messed up for life, she is 61 years old this month. My hearth goes out to all the familys that is involed in this matter. Nick hold your head high and don't let the world get you down. Love you all.

Them are some crazy pics from the first set it didnt look that bad but from those that is one of the worst ive seen,I dont see how anybody survived.But it was an accident and i belive some people are fogetting that n also the kid is 17 not 27 people make mistakes and no hes not a punk unless you actually know the kid uyou cant comment on what you see on television learn that! But most people are just wanting to see celebrities fall to the depths that they are at in there own pethetic life lol
