Alexa, what do you mean Nicks not a criminal??? Let's see, he was speeding, and that is putting it mildly, he had been drinking so that there is a DUI. And who knows what other laws he was breaking. And that is just for this time. That is not counting all the other times that he has been in trouble for his manner of driving. So how can you say that he isn't a criminal? If it walks like a duck, sounds like a duck, then it is a duck!!

I watch their tv show, and all I can say is if Hulk was as tough on Nick as he is on Brooke maybe this would not have happened. Brooke is older and she has more rules than he does, just because he is a boy.

it's part of being young making mistakes and sometimes mistakes can be costly, but they don't stop being mistakes. Was Nick,wrong for speeding,yes,Should he be punish for it, I think maybe he has been already been punish because of the accident itself, and his friend being in critical condition. I'm sure he learn something from this... Wouldn't you have?
Kids do go fast and street race but no one can blame he didnt want it to happen but he should go to jail just as a everyday person would but why would you let your teenage kid drive a 600hp car thats crazy for someone just starting to drive.
After looking at the pictures, how do we know that Nick was driving for sure. It could have been the other boy driving. I mean after all the other boy has a head injury and if you look at the pictures it clearly shows the drivers side as the side where the most damage was done to the car. Also How does anyone know that Nick is not taking the fall for the other boy. I love to see justice done as much as anyone else but we need to look at both sides of the story as well and not down just on Nick because he has a famous father. I know most of the readers will disagree and that is fine but everyone really needs to step back and take a look at both sides.
Listen, any way you look at the situation the outcome is horrible. BUT Nick is not a criminal or a bad person. Yes, he was speeding. He should not have been. Did he mean to do this? Absolutely not. You do not know Nick to judge him. He made a mistake. Should he be punished? yes. Should he spend his life in jail for an ACCIDENT? no!
