The whole family are losers hulk is a washed up wanabe fake wrestler and his wife is an over weight tramp and is finally seeing the light to file for divorce ,The kids are out of control asses and should bee in jail if he wasent from a rich family (soon to be poor) he would be working at mcdonalds or making plates in prison ....This is what happens when you dont make your kids earn the privledge to drive..

  • 77. OH MY GOD HOW COULD ANY PARENT LET THIS KIND OF THING HAPPEN!?!? I AM ONLY 13 AND SEEING THIS MAKES ME WANT TO WAIT TO GET MY DRIVERS LICENCE!!!! THIS KID SHOULD BE GROUNDED FOR LIFE AND HIS PARENTS SHOULD MAKE SURE THERE IS ALWAYS A PARENT WITH HIM NO MATTER WHERE HE GOES! HOW COULD THIS REALLY HAPPEN?!?!

  • 78. looks to me like it was a side impact. Most airbags come from a frontal impact instead of the side. Just a guess.......

  • 79. I believe most of the fault lies in Nick's parents, Hulk and Linda. They set up their own son for this devastating situation. They bought him race cars to drive on the streets, let his friends drive Hulk's race car in the streets. After being cited for 3 speeding tickets prior, why didn't they take the car away? Its ridiculous, they wanted to be "cool parents" and it bit them in their ass.

  • 80. Don't ya think the passanger should of had enough sense to wear his seatbelt. he was a soilder in irq. its not just nick's fault.. and iam sure his friend knew how nick drove... iam sorry for both family's in this awful event. but to just blame one is not always right.

  • 81. A little bondo and superglue and it'll be good as new....

  • 82. It's a shame when these pathetic children of priviledge mess up someone else's life through their stupidity. I blame Hulk Hogan and his wife for allowing this candy-ass to harm the passenger in Nicky-Boys car. I am not the final judgement on this one. They all will pay the price some day for this one and it will be a big one! Good JOB Hulkster - Yeahhh Brother!@$%#%

  • 85. First thing my dad told me about driving a vehicle that its a multi- ton killing machine and should be treated as such. Street racing in my opinion is short sighted and uncalled for. I am a long time fan of NASCAR. NASCAR who goes to lenght to protect the drivers AND bystanders. Street racers don't. Don't think of their own personal safety, Don't think of the safety of others. Don't think of conquences. I myself took alot of risks in my youth, I attended over 40 funerals and almost lost my own life over a dozen times because of risk taking. I am not going to wag my finger under Nick's nose -- not without looking in the mirror first. I am not a judge so I won't judge. Those involved in these events has to live with these events after we all have forgotten them and are moaning and groaning about something else.

  • 86. he shoud be locked up for screwing up that nice of a car and he should never drive agian hi dad was right when he knew that he was not responsable to drive

  • 87. We've all been young and have done stupid things. Luckily for most of us, no one was hurt. This kid doesn't deserve to go to prison. It was a terrible accident. He's young and stupid and learned a hard lesson. It's just a horrible situation for everyone involved. It really could have been any of us at the age of 17. Maybe not everyone drove recklessly at the age of 17, but come on, you did some pretty stupid things that make you cringe now...

  • 88. Im sure it was his intention that day. Taking the fact that i lost one of my really close friends 2 months ago; to a stupid choice they made; blaming and critizing is not going to bring her back; or make him better. I realized shortly after i lost my friend that blaming the other girl and wanting bad things to happen to her wasn't fair, and no matter what i said or beleived nothing was bring her back; i realized all we need is support for eachother. As mad as i was, and angry and sick to myself that i had lost my friend and wanted to blame her...it wasn't what was right. I wish people would think what if it was their son going through this? either side ... the family's go through alot. I dont think people can be in the right state of mind after stuff like this... i know i wasn't.

  • 89. ok so clearly nick was wearing his seat belt.how in the world did he survive with just scrapes and bruises, how did his head not get nocked off? do you see where the roof of the car is? as for the other kid yeah he wasn't wearing his seatbelt his fault not nicks.but, nick was driving wreckless and intoxicated therefore he is responsible for the kids injuries. nicks parents are also responsible for not teaching him better.who gives a 17 year old a car like that who has a bad driving history.i think he should go to prison for a while not just 20 minutes.i also think he should lose his liscence forever.he should be lucky to even be aloud to ride a bycicle.and God forbid the kid in the coma doesn't make it,nick should be charged with murder

  • 90. Seatbeats can either save you or kill you. I have lost people because they were wearing them and I know others that are still here because they weren't. As for Nick's accident - if you look at every pic the drivers side is in alot worse shape then the passengers. Makes you wonder!!!!!
