ok, um people??? all of you NEED to REALIZE something here ok? what if she were driving drunk in her car and KILLED SOMEONE???? what then??? what if it were your SON or DAUGHTER or HUSBAND or WIFE that she killed while drunk driving????? would u STILL belive she should be RELEASED AGAIN from jail????? would all of you who SUPPORT HER, STILL be saying this "free paris hilton????" i THINK not!!!!

I'd like to take this moment and opportunity to tell all you snooty rich (and poor)ladies and gentlemen that walking and talking on the streets and driving---WITH your doggone cell phones is obnoxious and self centered. I'll say a major component of this generation is self centered, selfish cell phone people.... In the olden days there was more courtesy and people didn't walk down the street talking to themselves...like "oh my god-he's like..oh yah"...... More people than Paris need a good dose of reality!! Paris has been given several chances to correct her current situation and didn't. In fact I saw the pictures when she crumbled up one ticket and called for a ride when they put a boot on her car. She was ticked off like "how dare them". How dare she. Pay the tickets, come to court, or do the time like the rest of America. I hope they stop babying her and focus on somebody worthy of the press and attention. Stop rewarding stupid girls and bad judgements. God says you will reap what you sow.

I really don’t understand all of the outrage over her special treatment. It’s common knowledge that rich people don’t do time like poor people. Thanks God for that. If I had a boat load of cash and the media kissed my ass on regular basis, I'd expect a get out of jail (almost) free card too. Looking for Justice? She stepped out for minute. Looking for fairness? He’s taking a powder. If you want to be a part of a truly egalitarian society go to a cemetery, find a hole and lay down in it.

Put her away for the 45 days, I would not miss her. The party life is over, she made her actions, now let her serve her consequences. Now the media can report on somthing more interesting. the snotty rich spoiled party girl gets what she deserves.

when she was sent to jail she was screaming for her mother and no one should have to go threw that...i honestly think that she is going to have a nevous breakdown while she is in there. i just mainly feel bad for her and how she was screaming for her mother was awful. but i think that they sould fing some other way to deal with it. this whole thing is just so sad and i really do feel bad for her. -emily<3

Paris is a superficial and uneducated young lady and is being rewarded for it by the same crowd of "fans" (superficial and uneducated). People who are intelligent and deep thinkers are not her "fan"...I'm sorry to inform you. How can someone be a fan of Paris when she has accomplished nothing in her life? This is not being hard on her (she's had it too easy)-it's the awful truth. There are many beautiful and intelligent and talented people to look up to. Paris is not one of them. Having money is not her fault but she has not made good or meaningful use of it. She doesn't have a real job, no education and can't read or write and she thinks she's ok and it's ok--but she's not and it's not. She will suffer like nobody's business later (believe you me). She's insecure and very dependent on others. Without a seal of approval from other people-she's an empty soul.

yes, paris has suffered a lot and she is just yusto beeing home and having fun and spending money. she probably missess her family. just imagine if we were rich and we were stuck in jail. i feel really horribly bad for paris. i am praying for her

yes, she has sufferd alot from this,but if it was us,the common folk we would be in jail the first time we did it.she should suck it up like we would have to and serve the time she was orderd and go on with life. she in jail of course panic attacks its jail hello.
