I think the whole "Paris Fiasco" just goes to show how we as a society concern ourselves with such silly and insignificant things. There are so many other things to occupy our thoughts than this stupid little rich girl who repeatedly reoffended and then thinks she should get away with it due to her celebrity status! Un freaking believable! Grow up Paris - You did the crime, now do the time!
Right now in Georgia there is a young man that is serving TEN years in prison for engaging in oral sex with a 15 year old when he was 17, and Paris says her sentence is unfair? Put on your big girl panties and deal with it. You didn't get a harsh sentence for drinking and driving. Your sentence includes drinking and driving, driving after suspension TWICE and violation of parole. You got off easy, now quit your whining.
All of you... get a life. There is a world out there. Go shopping, ride your bike, read a book. If you are so sick of Paris, then stop watching tv or reading trashy rags. Then maybe you will forget about her.
Why are so many of you directing angry and hurtful comments towards Paris? Take a look at yourselves and see what it is that you are unsatisfied with in your life that drives you to put someone else down in order to futilely increase your self-esteem. Paris is a lucky girl to have such wonderful parents who play such a large and unconditionally supportive role in her life. That is how it is supposed to be. Your parents are supposed to be in your corner no matter what you do and that is exactly what Mr. & Mrs. Hilton are doing. As far as the media coverage goes... it wouldn't interrupt your regular programming and be all over magazine covers if the vast majority of you gossip hungry people weren't on websites such as this one eating it all up. The few people who I know who have had to serve time did so on house arrest and they are by no means wealthy. We've all done things we are not proud of... the only mistake is not learning from those things.
Is all of this worth arguing about among yourselves? This woman is 26 years old. When do you start to take responsibility for your life?
26 years old, and she crying for "mommy!"
Wake up people! WHO CARES about this nitwit!
Who's father would throw some big shindig if any of you were thrown in jail?
All of this is insane, and the best thing to do is to ignore this twit, and get on with your lives!
Half of you post as though you know this woman! What good has she done in this world? To have our programs interrupted because she is being hauled away to JAIL???
May I suggest to many of you, to get on with your lives?!
Ignore this woman and maybe she can drift away back to richville. One can only hope.
why are all of you hating on Paris? You are all just jealous and that is worse than all the things that you say about paris!! she is a very kind and good person there is no reason to rag on her, rag on someone you really know for your own sake! you all look really stupid making mean comments like that!!!
HEY JOJO. NOT EVERYONE GETS HOUSE ARREST I WORK WITH THE LAW. AND MOST PEOPLE DO SPEND TIME IN JAIL.
AND YES SHE DOES DESERVE TO BE PUT IN JAIL. SHE DID WRONG AND WHEN YOU BREAK THE LAW YOU PAY THE PRICE.
I HOPE SHE GROWS UP. SHE ACTS THAT WAY BECAUSE OF HER MONEY. BUT THIS SHOWS ALL THAT MONEY AND POWER DON'T MEAN
****.
OMG...get a friggin clue. Are you a relative that has helped design this spoiled princess?
Maybe Paris should have thought about her actions / mental state before having being held accountable for all the laws she has broke. Since when is ADD a cause for severe preferential treatment? Since when is driving drunk, flirting with police, being late for court and blaming everything on everyone else ok?
Oh yes, I am envious of a useless, no talent, fake blue eyed, cloroxed dyed, ugly footed drunk skeleton who also has a family that has no clue..no thanks.
"People should leave her alone...she is afterall a human being and mental health is a serious issue. So to those that are so hateful of her should think about their own mental stability. I mean, if you hate Paris so much why then are you reading her hadlines and commenting on it? HMMMM it smells like envy to me!"
Shaking does not happen if you are only off your meds for a day! When she was in court shaking, it was NOT med withdrawal.
She was probably advised to play act this way, to get the sympathy of the court and the public.
Notice in the car when she was caught crying..note she was 'facing' the window. When you cry you don't look the way of media cameras, you look down. Looking out the window showed she wanted to be seen. All part of the act.
i have been in a simular place where things got to far out of hand w a speeding ticket i am disabled and was on vaction so i had my medication w me of course it's taken on a daily basis, when i got pulled over they searched my car for what because they could and found them, not that i was hiding them well i was taken out of my car, put in there car they took my 10 yr old and put him in some state place until his dad could come and get him from out of state and i was taken to jail first time in my life for driving under the influence of prescription drugs my own it has been a nitemare it cost me 4 months of my disabily checks to get this mess taken care of and all the fines they gave me and now i struggle to find a place for me and my son to live that i can afford that does not put us in danger , SO PLEASE BEFORE YOU JUDGE ANYONE THINK BECAUSE THE WHOLE TRUTH IS NOT OUT THERE ! PARIS SHOULD DO HER TIME BUT I THINK SHE IS BEIN HATED WAY TO MUCH !
Okay, You guys are going to bash me, but I really could care less. When a person is put on probation, or parole, for ANY violation, they are told that there are consequences for breaking the terms. Paris violated hers THREE times! Drinking and driving is a serious offense, and even after her license was suspended for this reason, she was caught drinking and driving THREE times with a suspended license! Come on, people! Why should she be treated any differently? As far as ADD meds go, I know several people that stopped taking theirs, with no complications, so I don't believe that one. The panic attacks, they make you feel as though you're having a heart attack, and she might need something for that. But she needs to have the same punishment as anyone else. It's time she did the time for her crimes. Sorry. Now, start bashing me.
Everyone acts like it is so bad that the girl did not want to go to jail. If i were rich I would try to get out of it also. She is doing her time, let it be. Everyone just needs to worrie about there own life and there familys as much as the do hers.
I'm sorry but this girl committed a DUI. She was completely trashed and driving, does no one get she could've killed someone? I don't care what she does with her own life, if she wants to be a crack whore, bring shame to her family name, and get sent to prison thats her issue, but don't put other people's lives at risk while u're doing it.
I applaud the judge for sending her back. I know it would be better for the prison system to send her home but I think she would just do it again if they did. So let her sit there for 45 days and realize that no she isn't any better than anyone else, and no money can't always buy your way out of trouble.
Paris is a poser. She's not attractive (she actually has brown eyes not blue) and has no personality but thinks she does. I went to Dwight with her and we all laughed behind her back. She was a wannabe then, difference is the media plays to her whims. Most of America knows she is an idiot with NO TALENT.
