She was probably advised to play act this way, to get the sympathy of the court and the public. Notice in the car when she was caught crying..note she was 'facing' the window. When you cry you don't look the way of media cameras, you look down. Looking out the window showed she wanted to be seen. All part of the act.

  • 122. i have been in a simular place where things got to far out of hand w a speeding ticket i am disabled and was on vaction so i had my medication w me of course it's taken on a daily basis, when i got pulled over they searched my car for what because they could and found them, not that i was hiding them well i was taken out of my car, put in there car they took my 10 yr old and put him in some state place until his dad could come and get him from out of state and i was taken to jail first time in my life for driving under the influence of prescription drugs my own it has been a nitemare it cost me 4 months of my disabily checks to get this mess taken care of and all the fines they gave me and now i struggle to find a place for me and my son to live that i can afford that does not put us in danger , SO PLEASE BEFORE YOU JUDGE ANYONE THINK BECAUSE THE WHOLE TRUTH IS NOT OUT THERE ! PARIS SHOULD DO HER TIME BUT I THINK SHE IS BEIN HATED WAY TO MUCH !

  • 123. Okay, You guys are going to bash me, but I really could care less. When a person is put on probation, or parole, for ANY violation, they are told that there are consequences for breaking the terms. Paris violated hers THREE times! Drinking and driving is a serious offense, and even after her license was suspended for this reason, she was caught drinking and driving THREE times with a suspended license! Come on, people! Why should she be treated any differently? As far as ADD meds go, I know several people that stopped taking theirs, with no complications, so I don't believe that one. The panic attacks, they make you feel as though you're having a heart attack, and she might need something for that. But she needs to have the same punishment as anyone else. It's time she did the time for her crimes. Sorry. Now, start bashing me.

  • 124. Everyone acts like it is so bad that the girl did not want to go to jail. If i were rich I would try to get out of it also. She is doing her time, let it be. Everyone just needs to worrie about there own life and there familys as much as the do hers.

  • 125. I'm sorry but this girl committed a DUI. She was completely trashed and driving, does no one get she could've killed someone? I don't care what she does with her own life, if she wants to be a crack whore, bring shame to her family name, and get sent to prison thats her issue, but don't put other people's lives at risk while u're doing it. I applaud the judge for sending her back. I know it would be better for the prison system to send her home but I think she would just do it again if they did. So let her sit there for 45 days and realize that no she isn't any better than anyone else, and no money can't always buy your way out of trouble.

  • 126. Paris is a poser. She's not attractive (she actually has brown eyes not blue) and has no personality but thinks she does. I went to Dwight with her and we all laughed behind her back. She was a wannabe then, difference is the media plays to her whims. Most of America knows she is an idiot with NO TALENT.

  • 127. The stupid bitch did the crime, let her do the damn time! I can not believe people actually think this is going to change for the better in any way. She is a spoiled little brat who serves no useful purpose in life. She is the daughter of a hotel tycoon, BIG DEAL!Why is she so famous, for being an idiot? I feel sorry for anyone out there who calls themself her "fan." What exactly is it that you are idolizing about her? Is it her looks? That's about all she has. And about her "poor" mother.... she brought her daughter up to be a princess, now she can deal with the consequences. I have no sympathy for Paris or her parents.

  • 128. I think it's funny how people post a comment on what they think... and someone else comes and says who cares about what you say, who are you to say anything different, this is what those comment sites are for. Last time I checked, comment sites are to express your opinion for OR against. Neither side is better or reigns the board. You're saying she doesn't have the right to post that, you're saying ONLY you do, and ONLY people who agree with you do. You're wrong.

  • 129. She was either to stay in jail or be released. She should not have had to endure the emotional rollercoaster ride from court to jail to her mansion back to court and then back to jail. She is a victim of the beauracrecy of the sherrifs and the judge. Remember, she could not and did not release herself from jail. Its unfair and unjust. None of us would want to be hualed all over the place like that. we would want to be either in jail or out of jail. The sherrif took the decision to let her go and now she back in, look out for the lawsuits after she finally does her time.

  • 130. I think she is really being selfish, and childish. She needs to see what this is doing to other around her that love her and just man up if not for her for her ma, this is killing her and there is no one else to blame pbut paris, so just man up paris and do you time

  • 131. Who knows - the party girl just may start growing up and acting responsibly (somewhat) now. We'll just have to wait and see. Seems the rich feel it's their God-given right to do whatever they want without any consequences (and that includes politicians). Time for that BS to change!

  • 132. I hope while Paris is in jail, she will take time to reflect on her life and decide to make some changes. She can turn her life around and become a role model that young girls can really look up to. Everyone makes mistakes, rich or poor and we all can learn from our mistakes and try to become better people who will love and care about others. We all need to take our eyes off of ourselves and focus on God and the plan He has for our lives. God Bless you Paris as you seek a better way in life.

  • 133. Bashing Paris is for people who have nothing better to do. Too much jealousy here.. Paris is what America is about celebrating Celebrities to keep our fat selves entertained keep in mind America an Obsessive and Obese country! Jeez...

  • 134. AS FOR VICKI'S COMMENT, WHO CARES WHAT YOU HAVE TO SAY??? YOU PROBABLY NEED TO BE ON MARTHA STEWARTS BLOGGING WEBSITE OR SOMETHING. WE HAVE EVERY RIGHT TO SAY & FELL & WRITE WHAT WE WANT. WHO ARE YOU TO SAY ANY DIFFERENT? THAT IS WHAT THESE COMMENT SITES ARE FOR!!! IT SEEMS THAT MOST OF EVERY COMMENT ON THIS PAGE FEELS THE SAME ABOUT PARIS. I SUPPOSE ALL OF US ARE MEAN, HATEFUL PEOPLE RIGHT?? WHATEVER. PARIS GETS EVERYTHING THAT IS COMING TO HER. SINCE WHEN IS SHE ABOVE THE LAW?? I HOPE SHE GETS THE HELP SHE NEEDS & COME OUT A DIFFERENT PERSON (YEAH RIGHT).

  • 135. INSTEAD OF LASHING ANGER AT PARIS, WHY DONT LASH OUR ANGER AT THE SHERIFF DEPARTMENT AND LA POLICE, THAT GIVE PREFERENTIAL TREATMENT TO CELEBRITIES. PARIS IS NOT THE ONLY ONE, WHO HAS RECEIVED THIS PREFERENTIAL TREATMENT. THE PROBLEM IS IN THOSE THAT ARE SUPPOSED TO UPHOLD THE LAW. THOSE ARE THE ONES WE ARE SUPPOSED TO HOLD ACCOUNTABLE FOR ALL OF THIS MESS. IF THEY WERE DOING THEIR JOB CORRECTLY, CELEBRITIES WILL KNOW THEY CANNOT GET AWAY WITH MURDER AND WILL STRAIGHTEN OUT!! THE SHERIFF AND THE POLICE ARE AT FAULT HERE!!!
