2. peta ads is not about nudity or shock value its about how they inhumainly treat animals and indour horable living conditions just so some fat cats can cash in on there pelts aka skin for the mighty doller and doent give a damb about the animals life. if one or all of the animals pelt is in any way not of value they kill them with bats or clubs and thrown a way like trash. skin and all... ask yourself this what is an animals life worth to you or vise versa ps we have an endless supply of materials to clothe every humans on earth 500 times over so who needs animal pelts!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
6. PETA would have a lot more credibility if they used women that didn't use any excuse to get naked in the first place. A lot of these women show up even a few months later wearing fur.
10. these ads have nothing to do with sex.
they're actually really gorgeously shot photographs, really tasteful, and some of them are even kind of funny.
definitely gets the point across and catches your attention, which is the whole purpose
11. JD, this isn't a sexual ad. It's not about sex. It's about not wearing animal skins, aka fur and leather. I think it's quite a smart ad choice. At least it's not the brutal pictures of dead animals that PETA is known to show.
13. I don't think these ad's are tasteless..it gets the point across without showing awful photos of dying animals. I do think that all of these photos were airbrushed though!
14. Hmmm .... let's see ... does anyone think our forth commenter (JD) is a FAT and UGLY female? I bet she is ... just a WILD guess though!! JD, you're a jealous PIG!!!
The ONLY time I hear a woman complain about other women is when those OTHER women are better looking than them. Which is usually most of the time. In JD's case I am sure it is ALL of the time!!
Posted at 1:44PM on 6th 2008 by I just wanna comment - JD ur a fat PIG!!
15. Am I the only one here who thinks that Kim Basingers picture HAD to have been doctored? There is no way that womans stomach is that flat.
And on another note, some people on these boards need to look up spell check, and basic grammar skills. Wow. Brett Michelles from Posin, really?
How about Bret Michaels, from Poison. And he wears more eyeliner than Tammy Faye Baker.
